On April 8, 2025, the Duchess of Edinburgh visited the Yellow Labrador Club at Windsor Great Park in Windsor, Berkshire. The Duchess met with members of the club and their dogs to learn more about their work. Founded in 1924, the club promotes the breeding and training of pure yellow Labrador Retrievers. The Duchess serves as the patron of the Yellow Labrador Club.
For the visit, the Duchess donned an Eleventy single-breasted wool-blend blazer over a simple striped ruched-sleeve cashmere top by Frame. She complemented her outfit with gold Giulia Barela Poetica hoop earrings, a gold Missoma Axiom bracelet, and Gianvito Rossi boots.

Belle association dont j'adore le blazer gris perle mais j'aurais bien vu le haut sans rayures ; de ce que je peux en voir, j'aime bien le style de ses bottines Ă gros talons !
ReplyDeleteCette femme est plaisante Ă regarder.

Nice composition of colours, she looks very good. I have a small quibble: why wear a sweater with a ruffled sleeves with too much fabric for wearing it *under* a jacket with normal sleeves? It makes the jacket's sleeves look slighty too tight, as if she had too thick arms for this jacket, which is not the case. It is so evident - and she sure has enough other sweaters, I don't understand how she (or anybody) would not care about this.
ReplyDeletePerfect! For my liking the Duchess adds one too much color when wearing suits, I think this combination works wonderfully.
ReplyDeleteShe looks really fresh and springy. And the dogs are adorable, although I'm not a dog lover.
Luna
In the first picture she resembles Queen Maxima - and it's not a bad thing.
ReplyDeleteShe looks very good. Nice and fresh outfit and I especially like her foot wear. I had almost similar booties in high school in the 70s.
Love her. Love the dogs a lot, too. *wink*
Paloma.
ReplyDeleteNow this is a Duchess Sophie outfit I can get behind! She looks beautiful. Everything fits perfectly and the color story is super flattering! More of this please!
ReplyDeleteLowri.
Finally a jacket that fits her properly. The proportions are correct for her. As for the sweater under the jacket, that's why some royals wear a cape to avoid this happening. She is dressed for warmth so I will give her a pass on the sweater.
ReplyDeleteLast picture Sophie and these cute dogs just Made my day ❤️
ReplyDeleteUsually I'm in the group that says, "Let her do with her hair what she wants," but in this case I have to say, she needs a haircut. Some deep-conditioning treatment and styling products/serum as well. She's starting stray into Max territory with this look.
ReplyDeleteWow!
DeleteThose dogs are gorgeous! Duchess Sophie too…đ
ReplyDeleteAn especially wonderful look for Sophie, from hair to shoes, it all is a great outfit!
ReplyDeleteHow is this lady 60?! She doesn’t look it. This casual look suits her very well.
ReplyDeleteGreat visit from a great lady.
ReplyDeleteDuchess Sophie looks amazing and so engaging!
Her hair is even more gorgeous in this lighter shade.
It is pretty obvious that she loves animals and being in contact with nature.
The dogs look so cute.
I'm partial to them given that I adore Labrador dogs.
Just think Duchess Sophie is lovely. She is so sincere and soft, marvelous Duchess. This outfit looks great, casual yet smart.
