Its spring time, its feather time!!! or so it seems in Max's choices. I find this dress more for autumn, than spring, however, I like her how ever she chooses to present herself.

I don't know where you live but with the NNO wind people in the Netherlands and Belgium, the North of France, etc... cannot wear Spring clothes but warm sweaters, wind breakers, warm coats, booties or sneakers made of leather, warm stockings.

Anon 08.12 thank you for the explanation, I for one don't know anything about the weather! We are in Autumn and still in summer clothes! It is interesting to me, what people in other countries are wearing in the change of the seasons.

ردحذفI like this outfit. Surprisingly, it is Natan. The color suits her and it is well fitted. Love the hair and the earrings. Very appropriated for the ocasion.

ردحذفOh the weather is so up and down in spring, there are summery days and very wintry days; all colours are possible but bright colours not necessary unless the mood takes us!

ردحذفI've always considered navy a great spring color and maybe Queen Max does too. Beautiful dress and she looks lovely - as per usual! It's got to cold along the water so maybe her choice of dress is based on weather and location. Makes perfect sense to me!

Why do people here get triggered by dark colors? How about Máxima & others wear what they want. (And as far as Spring goes, it was warm here a week ago, yesterday we had snow & today it's sunny but cold - so we dress accordingly.) Máxima is close to the North Sea, the wind blows; so she dressed for the weather (& possible change in the weather). Had to grip her huge hat lol.~~Ruthie
ردحذفThe dress is very elegant but not suitable for this occasion. Why does Máxima wear a cocktail dress at daytime? The heavy brocade and the feather trim are evening wear in my opinion.
