The ‘Above Ground – 25 Years of Archaeological Discoveries’ exhibition showcases a wide range of archaeological discoveries from the period 2000–2025. The exhibition not only highlights the finds themselves, but also the diverse group of discoverers — from government agencies and archaeological firms to detectorists and volunteers.

I love this skirt that Maxima has worn before. It really looks as if the designer put a lot of craftmanship in this skirt. Hat and shoes lovely but my oh my this really strange blouse with these asymmetrical sleeves.

Like it all except the weird right sleeve of the blouse. It looks like a piece of fabric was just tucked into the collar. Love the ribbon skirt it balances the large rim hat.

Unusual blouse but I like the color on Queen Maxima! The skirt, hat, shoes and jewelry are all great. Very pretty daytime look.

How many blouses in this khaki colour with very strange necklines does she own? I love the skirt and of course her smile, but not the blouse. LRB

I think this is a beautiful, versatile skirt that fits Q. Max very well. I prefer it with the paler gold blouse from a prior outing. This one with its awkward shaped sleeve just competes with statement skirt. (V.M.)

That blouse must be Natan's creation. Mistakenly, a piece of fabric got attached at the shoulder, but the chief designer decided that it is not a bug but a feature. Máxima laughed out loud and complied. She is lovely anyway and the skirt is beautiful.

    1. Hahaha! That exactly how it went!
And I agree, even the extra fabric she rocks the outfit.

I'm looking for the name of this unique color, I've seen gold, mustard, khaki, but I'm still not convinced, anyone else another name?

19:18 thank you for a fabulous comment. A bug not a feature!

The gold/mustard color isn’t an easy color to wear for most women but it looks great on Máxima. Very nice outfit.

What happen to this blouse ? I cannot remember she had such a weird blouse. At first I thought it was the same blouse as on the last picture where a piece of fabric has been added, but now I think it is another blouse. The skirt is a lovely rewear. Accessories are also rewear.

Agree, what a mis match is this ‘mix and match’….

Natan, Natan, Natan, what are your design values? Is “be weird” one of them? You’ve gotten away with it too long perhaps because your model Maxima can get away with wearing anything, even a black plastic bin liner, and still look great.
