On April 12, 2025, Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako of Japan, accompanied by Crown Prince Akishino and Crown Princess Kiko, attended the official opening ceremony of Expo 2025 Osaka, one day before it opens to the public for a six-month run. Expo 2025 will be open to the public from April 13 to October 13, 2025, spanning a total of 184 days.
On Friday, April 11, 2025, one day before the official opening, the Emperor and Empress toured the Expo site, accompanied by Crown Prince Akishino and Crown Princess Kiko. They visited the Japan Pavilion and the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion at the Osaka-Kansai Expo site.
The Empress has such a graceful serenity about her. The Spring blue color is super flattering, and the contrast collar gives the jacket a different dimension.

Les couleurs blanche, rose et même bleu pâle sont très flatteuses pour Masako ; Naruhito sait bien choisir sa cravate pour être synchro avec son épouse ; ravie que Kiko ait laisser pousser ses cheveux pour adopter une coiffure qui lui sied à merveille ; je ne vois pas de nouveauté chez son époux qui devrait prendre conseil auprès de son frère pour un nouveau style de cravate !

حذفI can’t help notice the Empress’s feet that seem to be swollen, I don’t think it’s the shoes that are causing the puffiness.
ردحذفJ’adore que l’empereur porte toujours une cravate d’une couleur qui rappelle la tenue de son épouse. Dommage que son frère n’en fasse pas autant surtout qu’ici sa cravate ne va pas du tout avec la tenue de Kiko, ni la chemise d’ailleurs.
