Ony April 9, 2025, Queen Máxima visited the Heerlerbaan district in the municipality of Heerlen. The visit highlighted how the community of Heerlerbaan addresses challenges such as an aging population and the creation of opportunities for young people, and how residents work together to ensure a livable and safe neighborhood. It also focused on the area’s mining history, entrepreneurship, community engagement, and social cohesion.
Queen Máxima visited Buurtpunt Peter Schunck, a meeting place for local residents. She then visited the Brede Maatschappelijke Voorziening Heerlerbaan, a community center where residents can take part in various social activities related to education, health, care, welfare, culture, and physical activity. With 9,500 residents, Heerlerbaan is the smallest district of Heerlen and is located in the southeastern part of the municipality.

Concerning the dress, at the first glance it looks … simple. Nothing more. The belt add meaning and style to it.
Combining brown and white is a good idea. The latter makes colors stand out.

ReplyDeleteQueen Maxima has changed her wardrobe in the past few years and I love the simplicity that her new style evokes. No more huge and gaudy jewelry and wild outfits . This ivory dress with the perfect shade of tan accessories is gorgeous. She wears it well, front slit and all. Love that she doesn't overdo it with jewelry or broches to spoil the look. Such a positive change.

Quelle bonne idée que de porter ce style de robe avec une ceinture marron ; à mon humble avis, je ne trouve pas que les boucles d'oreilles coquillages ressorties de sa boîte à bijoux soient très attrayantes !
ReplyDeleteOutfit, so-so, hair, a brush was used, however wind took away the brushed look rather quickly. Too bad she did not re-use that brush once inside. Compared to the women on either side of her, they made an effort in windy conditions, one wonders why she did not make a quick stop to comb her hair.

I wonder why on the 8th picture one is showing a white coat with sleeves by Massimo Dutti as Queen Maxima is wearing a white sleeveless coat. I like her dress too. The cognac shoes and belt are a good combination with the cream color of the dress. Queen Maxima can wear these clothes by Massimo Dutti very well, she is a tall lady and Massimo Dutti's clothes are designed for tall ladies.

The Queen looks great, love the split, she has terrific shaped legs, she can wear this comfortably. The dress looks fabulous, I love the addition of the belt, and love the color. Her earrings are splendid.
