On Friday, April 11, Prince Laurent and Princess Claire of Belgium visited the Castle of Beloeil to attend the opening of the Amaryllis and Lily Exhibition 2025. The exhibition will remain open to visitors until April 21, 2025, with the theme "Fairy Tales." The Castle of Beloeil (Château de Belœil) is located in the municipality of Beloeil, in the province of Hainaut, Wallonia, Belgium. It serves as the main residence of the Princes of Ligne.
Beloeil became a possession of the Ligne family in 1394. The House of Ligne is one of the oldest Belgian noble families, dating back to the eleventh century. At the beginning of the 15th century, the local castle was chosen as the principal residence of the family. The castle was one of the filming locations for The Royal Exchange, and its gardens are open to visitors during the spring and summer months.
They organize regularly a flower show at the Palace of Beloeil, mayby not every year, but they did it before. The de Ligne family is close with the Belgian Royal Family.
ReplyDeleteI like Princess Claire's jacket. A pity she didn't wear the complete suit. The color is lovely and fashionable.
Princess Claire is a lovely,well-dressed lady
ReplyDeleteCes deux couleurs sont parfaitement associées ; j'aime bien voir le prince Laurent très galant en train de porter le bouquet qui a été offert à la princesse !
ReplyDeleteNice jacket and the colour is in the same tone as the princes ties. Nice event to attend
ReplyDeleteSo nice to see Laurent and Claire, at this event. She looks really good. Like this combination.

Je crois que la plus grande chance dans la vie de Laurent fut sa rencontre avec Claire. Elle semble tellement mignonne, attachante et chaleureuse.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful jacket and love the pants. Love especially the colour of the jacket.
