Did it occur to you that Dries Van Noten might have clients outside Belgium too ?

Anon 14.36 You're right! Dries Van Noten has clients everywhere — even the penguins in Antarctica probably have a few pieces in their icy wardrobes!

Before being sarcastic, better inform you on Van Noten achievements.
He has a diploma of the well known Fashion Academy of Antwerp.
He has shops in Antwerp, Paris, Milan, Tokyo and Hong Kong. He started with fashion for men and continued to make fashion for women. During the last 2 years his company became part of the Spanish fashion group Puig. That is probably how Queen Letizia got to know the brand.
He has more than 60 years old now and will be retired this year or next year. More details can be found through Google, Wikipedia etc...

  2. The shirt is lovely with an unusual shoulder detail which I like. Not sure about the fabric of the pants. It looks a bit flimsy and doesn't hang well creating a bit of a messy look.

It looks like leather…but I can be mistaken.

  3. I don't think these pale colours do anything for Queen Letizia but the blouse, with its embroidery, is lovely. Unusually for Queen Letizia, there is something wrong with the trousers--they seem to be very badly cut or fitted..

Yes I noticed that too that the pants legs don’t appear the same length or fit oddly. I believe the pants are leather. Love the blouse

    2. Yes, that's what I thought too: something is wrong with the trousers. And generally this beige or whatever it is, is not best for her

I actually think the trousers work well with the overall look. The fit is modern, and they balance out the more intricate details of the blouse.

I would say her diet and overall health play a big role in the condition of her hair

These leather trousers are reported to be Hugo Boss Sistine Trousers. She has the same pair in red that she has worn a few times. The cut reminds me of a barrel cut, but not as wide.

  9. Parfaite association du noir avec la couleur camel ; je lui envie son chemisier avec l'impression fleurie ; comme d'habitude, ses cheveux sont joliment lissés avec brillance !

I'm a bit surprised at Queen Letizia's choice.
    I mean, I didn't t expect her to wear a D.Van Noten creation.
I'm glad she's trying something new....or is it just me ...
Maybe she's already sported other pieces from this brand?
Anyway, the wow effect is there, I like this ensemble and the embroidered blouse is everything.
    Lovely and feminine.
I like the leather pants and shoes shade.

Now D.Van Noten belongs to the Spanish group Puig, maybe because of that she has premiered this brand.
