On March 12, 2025, Queen Camilla, Princess Eugenie, and Zara Tindall attended 'Style Wednesday' on the second day of the Cheltenham Festival at Cheltenham Racecourse. Queen Camilla has been Joint Patron of the Jockey Club with King Charles since May 2024. Princess Eugenie wore a burgundy double-breasted military-style coat by Hobbs. Zara Tindall wore a grey pinstriped suit from Laura Green, paired with a burgundy rollneck and a matching hat.

The queen look great, sophisticated!
ReplyDelete( I thought royalty never poses for the press?)
Different generation and a new era with King Charles. I remember reading the Queen didn't like/approve of bright nail color but I Zara has her's painted. I don't think I've EVER seen her with nail polish.
Deletesterotyping Royals, they are individuals with own preferences. Queen Elizabeth posed for the press 1000 times with world leaders, on her tours.
DeleteZara looks great in this pantsuit. Eugenie looks lovely too and it's nice that they have coordinated the colors. I like less Camilla’s hat and coat, which I don’t find very elegant. Judy
ReplyDeleteCamilla looks lovely!
ReplyDeleteZara: Very elegant and très chic. Love the grey and burgundy combo.

We don't often see Zara in a trouser suit but this grey suit with the wine hat and sweater looks great. I like Princess Eugenie's coat and the idea of the hat but think it's too overpowering. Much though I like Queen Camilla, this is not her best look. The hat has done stalwart service over many years and should now be allowed to retire gracefully.
ReplyDeleteI agree with everything you said.
DeleteWhat has she got on her head;Camilla,it is an outing to the races.Eugenie and Zara look good(Tara)
ReplyDeleteTara would you be able to pop some spaces after punctuation? - without it’s not easy to read your comment. I think you’ll find what’s on Camilla’s head is a warm hat, a rather brilliant idea to keep warm in cold weather.
Deleteit does not get that cold in England, UK
DeleteThe queen looks frumpy in that coat and hat imo. Eugenie is the winner in her lovely coat. Not a fan of pinstripe suits male or female, though it fits Zara well. Too masculine for my taste even if it is in vogue.
ReplyDeleteP. Eugenia’s coat is a beautiful fit and colour. I like Zara’s pantsuit too; it seems fine for this event. Q.C’s coat looks a bit rumpled (maybe it’s cashmere?) but the pansy brooches are lovely and make the outfit a little more spring like if you can ignore the furry hat and suede boots. I think she must really feel the cold. (V.M.)
ReplyDeleteI know we are supposed to be sensitive in our comments , so I won't comment on the Queen's outfit. It speaks for itself. But the cousins rocked it with their coordinating color outfits - nice and in style! Funny photo of the two look-alike hats (Zara's and the lady in mauve next to her in last photo.)
ReplyDeleteThe occasion was the races ie predominantly outdoor event, on a blustery cold spring day maximum 7 degrees, chance of rain, incoming cold front. What would you wear? Any outfit which is warm is going to qualify eh ;-). At 77 Camilla is engaged and energetic and what’s she’s wearing seems very appropriate for the occasion.
ReplyDeleteWhat does Zara work with?
ReplyDeleteI love Eugenie's coat and hat. She looks so pulled together. But I'm crazy about Zara's sleek suit. Fits her like a glove and the length of the pants and the slim cut make her legs look really long. Great look! She really looks pulled together and of course the cute hat just tops it all.
