On March 29, 2025, King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia visited Sigtunaskolan Humanistiska Läroverk (SSHL) in Sigtuna to celebrate the school's 100th anniversary. SSHL is a coeducational independent school for boarding and day students from grades nine to twelve. Notable alumni include King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden and former Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme. The King graduated from the science program in April 1966.

ردحذفEveryone knew he was´t a scholar. In those days dyslexia was little known and not well understood. Publishing his grades is unkind and unnecessary.
حذفHopefully, the attention didn’t overshadow the more important aspects of his work and role as King. It’s hard enough being in the spotlight without that kind of scrutiny!
