On February 4, 2025, Queen Letizia presided over the official event for World Cancer Day 2025, an initiative promoted by the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC), of which she serves as Honorary President. During the event, a presentation was given on 'Más Datos Cáncer' (More Cancer Data), the first open data platform on cancer in Spain.
The Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) has been the leading organization in the fight against cancer for 69 years. It focuses its efforts on raising awareness about the reality of cancer in Spain, identifying areas for improvement, and initiating a process of social transformation to address these challenges, with the goal of achieving a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to cancer care.
Both the dress and the coat seem to be swallowing the queen and like they are far too large in size.
ReplyDeleteI think she looks fine; her dress hangs well & looks comfy to wear. It's much better than ladies squeezing themselves into clothing 2 sizes too small. ~~Ruthie
DeleteThe coat is clearly too large. Dress perhaps might pass.

Letizia has several coats that are cut like this. It is meant to fit this way. It is not too large.
DeleteI actually think the fit adds to the elegance and sophistication. The slightly oversized style gives her a regal, relaxed look without being too tight or constricting. It’s a modern twist on classic tailoring, and I think it works really well for her!
ReplyDeleteI completely agree! The camel coat is such a timeless choice, and it really suits her. The emerald green dress is stunning—such a flattering cut and vibrant color. She always looks so effortlessly elegant.
Paloma.
I agree, the bodice of this dress is my least favourite silhouette. I do like the coat
DeleteI don't care for this dress either. There are so many other styles that look amazing on her. I don't find this one flattering.
DeleteI think the dress has a certain charm with the high waist and pleats—it gives off a more structured, vintage vibe. The sleeve shape might be unconventional, but I actually like how it adds a bit of character. As for the coat, I think the colors work well together.
DeleteJ'adore le turquoise de sa robe mais je la verrais mieux combinée avec une autre couleur du manteau comme du beige !
ReplyDeleteGreat look for Q Letizia. Love the green dress.

Great color combination! Queen Letizia looks gorgeous in this green dress. The simple but fluid lines of the dress are so beautiful.

Really like today’s outfit. The camel coloured coat and the bright coloured dress area welcome change from the mostly dark colours Queen Letizia has worn recently

Lovely dress with some unique style features, and Letizia wears it very well.
