On February 13, 2025, Crown Princess Stephanie of Luxembourg visited young composers and musicians from the Luxembourg Chamber Orchestra (OCL) at the International School of Luxembourg. A quartet of musicians performed melodies composed by the students. Since 2021, the International School of Luxembourg has collaborated with the Luxembourg Chamber Orchestra in its music program, allowing students' compositions to be performed live by the Luxembourg Chamber Orchestra musicians.
After the performances, the Princess engaged in conversations with the young composers, reaffirming the success of this collaboration, which will soon be expanded to other schools in Luxembourg. The International School of Luxembourg (ISL) is a privately owned, non-profit international school located in Hollerich. Founded in 1974, the OCL is one of the most active and innovative musical institutions in the Grand Duchy.

ReplyDeletewow! very unique jacket on Stephanie, am going to get one myself.
ReplyDeleteWe rarely see Stephanie without her hands or handbag held across the front of herself. I hope in time she loses this habit as she grows in confidence, as it will allow her to stand taller and garments will likely sit better on her.
ReplyDeleteThe current Princess of Wales had the same "problem" but eventually found her confidence.
DeleteMany royal men and women along with many leaders of countries and companies stand the same way with their hands in front. It has nothing to do with confidence.

It can be quite awkward to stand mit both arms hanging down at one's sides - you are probably not expected to put them in your pocket. Just try it for yourself for a while ... so holding one's hands in the front this way is a very simple solution that saves you the awkwardness of dangling arms and maybe lessens the probability of popping veins. I don't see any problem with this posture (and Japanese ladies, holding their fans in front of their bodies, probably don't see one either) .
DeleteShe really looks so pretty in blue! She has the loveliest smile too.
ReplyDeleteI think this suit tries, and is successful to some degree, to give Stephanie a sleeker silhouette, but it is also pulling tightly in some areas as one can see. I love the colour, though.

Totally agree.
DeleteYes, it’s a lovely colour and suits Princess Stephanie very well. The jacket looks to be on the tight side again but the trousers are a good length and the shoes seem to be good too. Princess Stephanie is as lovely as ever

DeleteMy thoughts as well.
A mon humble avis, je ne pense pas que la veste de ce costume à un seul bouton convienne bien à la morphologie de Stéphanie ; elle est quand même bien belle !
ReplyDeleteShe looks lovely and quite relaxed in her new role!
ReplyDeleteI like very much the jacket, it fits much better than other jackets Stephanie worn in the past. The color suits her very well. Nevertheless, I wonder if a different bra could help. Helena
ReplyDeleteI like clothes by The Fold. This is a great color. But this jacket needs to be one size larger to flatter Stephanie's silhouette.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet and lovely person. Luxembourg is very fortunate to have her.
ReplyDeleteAgree !!
DeleteLet’s be honest, this is not flattering at all
ReplyDeleteLet’s be honest: she looks great!
Delete20:43, that’s not honesty -but opinion. Opinion is fine here of course (but it’s lovely to highlight good points too if you can). I definitely see aspects which are flattering ! It’s a beautiful blue and a very good suit, but the one button on the jacket is not sitting well with her shape and posture. I think one size larger and a little tailoring would have enhanced this fit and made it a rewearable garment. I find her hair style very flattering here, and as someone above wrote, find that if she could let go of the comforting movement of crossing hands across herself, the taller posture would help jackets sit better. I’m guessing when she gets dressed for the events and stands tall in the mirror she looks perfect, but then in the events with habit/nerves, she folds herself in a bit and that’s then the photos we see!
DeleteI'm not quite sure about the fit of the jacket, bit of pulling at the waist area, regardless its a lovely jacket, unusual somewhat in design. The color of the pantsuit is gorgeous. Pants fit well. Her hair looks nice up. She really has a cracker smile, lights up her face.
ReplyDeleteCompletely agreed, Ava.
DeleteLovely jacket however the fit is questionable.
DeleteThis suit looks good, much better than the too tight jacket the other day. This time my impression is: She has a full figure, and she is not overly keen on hiding it. She smiles with her whole face, eyes and all, very authentic and lovely.
ReplyDeleteLovely look from Stephanie! The royal blue is a beautiful color for her. If you look at the suit on the model the jacket is fitting the same as it fits on Stephanie...almost. Stephanie is shortwaisted and has a very curvaceous figure so a bit a tailoring to proved a bit more room under her breasts and above her waist would help. Still, she looks fabulous here!

Stephanie’s updo is very pretty and soft looking. I like this color blue on her, and I like the asymmetrical style of the jacket, but I think the jacket would look better if a portion of her white top were not visible at the bottom.

HGD Stéphanie of Luxembourg should avoid jackets which are too tight at the waist. Buying a larger size is not the solution because in that case the shoulders' width would be too wide compared to the waist. Now that it is fashion she should try to wear jackets which are straighter and less tight at the waist or buy her clothes at specialized brands like Marina Rinaldi. If I remember correctly she has one black suit of that brand or it could be from another specialized brand. It fitted very well and she looked very good in it. I think she looks better with her hair down. This blue color suits her.
ReplyDeleteOoh I love and learnt from this comment - thank you.
ReplyDeleteRossella 🖤
So lieblich und wunderbar!!!!
ReplyDeleteI preferred her in the other blue suit on February 4. A heart for Children with Cancer Association.
ReplyDeleteGreat looking suit and color. Lovely smile.

The Fold is becoming a staple in the closets of our beautiful royal ladies. I believe Queen Mary has this exact same suit.
ReplyDeleteIt’s a flattering color on Stephanie, but maybe she could have gone a size up in the jacket that would have given the look a more polished finish. The old saying ‘No one knows your size, until you’re in the wrong size’.
Lowri.
At last she is getting some professional help. Strong jewel colours look good on her.
