In 2025, Min Stora Dag is celebrating its 25th anniversary, and on this occasion, the organization hosted a commemorative dinner at the Old National Archives (Gamla Riksarkivet) to thank its sponsors and donors for their support. The foundation was established in 2000 by Claire Rosvall, Marcus Storch, Peder Hammarskiöld, Mats Qviberg, and Vicky von der Lancken. In 2001, Princess Madeleine became the patron of Min Stora Dag.
Min Stora Dag is a foundation entirely dependent on generous donations from individuals, companies, organizations, and other foundations. It does not receive any government funding. Min Stora Dag fulfills wishes and creates meaningful experiences for children and young people with serious illnesses and medical conditions.
Min Stora Dag (My Special Day) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization. It organizes activities for children and young people aged 4 to 18 who have been diagnosed with serious illnesses and are receiving care at pediatric clinics in Sweden. These activities may include attending a camp without parents, going to a concert or musical, watching a football match, or enjoying a special day filled with unique experiences.
Does anyone know what dress Tilde De Paula Eby wore?
ReplyDeleteWhile her dress isn’t regal in any way, I’m sure you can find something similar at Shein.
DeleteCe haut au col en V combiné à cette jupe longue va superbement bien à la silhouette de Madeleine ; ses boucles d'oreilles originales pourraient me plaire mais juste la partie qui s'insère car le bas me semble bizarre !
ReplyDeleteBe that as it may, she remains a beautiful woman.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I would like to see her wearing more bright colours.
They would be more becoming.
-Astrid.
@Astrid: Madeleine looks lovely (the woman in green looks a bit silly). Maybe she wears light colors more in Spring & Summer. She is allowed to wear what she wants. Maybe in Florida she wore light(er)/bright(er) colors all year round; but those of us in cold climates wear a lot of dark colors. I seriously do not understand the aversion some people here have to dark colors & how a photo can "depress" them... especially when there's no "pop" of something bright. ~~Ruthie
Delete@Astrid: I read in Swedish media that she probably wore black as a sign of respect for the victims of the shooting
DeleteThe skirt looks a bit like a wall plug.
ReplyDeletePrincess Madeleine is a beautiful woman. Black gown looks always elegant but I don't like those frills and light stockings would have been a better choise.
ReplyDeleteShe should have gone bare legged.
Delete@Zucchina & @anon12:24
DeleteShe's wearing ankle boots ;-)
@Anon 20:20, they are not ankle boots but black high heels with plastic effects. I saw better pictures of the shoes in "Svensk Damtidning".

DeleteI replied earlier but I don't see my comment here (yet)
Call them what you want but her shoes sure are not plastic ;-D
I had a link to another blog and to a store where they sell them, you can google it if you like because pictures (here or in Svensk Damtidining) can be deceiving ;-)
This is a very pretty skirt/top but the wide and deep neckline is not easy to wear. Maybe an interesting necklace would have been a better choice than the statement earrings? (V.M.)
ReplyDeleteWhat a true beauty!
ReplyDeleteCarola sang to the victims in Örebro!
ReplyDeleteDo you ser Carola in these pictures?
DeleteAlways been a fan of Zimmermann’s work but this model doesn’t excite me.
ReplyDeleteI think it’s the skirt that puts me off.
Nice to read about this foundation and the work they do for young people in need.
Tilde De Paula Eby and princess Madeleine are old friends!
Delete@anon17:37 Tilde has said this is literally the first time she met Madeleine
DeleteLol who is this person trying to make a random Tilde relevant 😂
DeleteSuperbe de la tête aux pieds.
ReplyDeleteLes mèches dans sa chevelure sont très jolies
Froufrou
Somehow the neckline of the dress isn’t right …
ReplyDeleteI normally love the Australian brand Zimmermann, but not this dress, regardless she does look good.
ReplyDeleteShe looks fabulous as usual. She could wear a sack and look stunning.
ReplyDeleteFully agree!
DeleteElegant as always.

Lovely outfit, looks good on Madeleine.

P M is just wonderful!
ReplyDeleteP M is so wonderful, always!
ReplyDeletePrincess Madeleine is stunning ! Looking lovely. Love her hairstyle.
ReplyDeleteI like the purple one shoulder dress very much. I do not like the dress of PM. I am shocked how thin she had become. Another neckline would have been better. CC
