On February 20, 2025, the third edition of the charity dinner benefiting the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation and the children of the Courchevel Sports Club was held at the INEOS Club House in the Savoyard resort, under the honorary presidency of Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco. This event brought together more than 200 distinguished guests from the worlds of sport, art, and business.
One of the highlights of the evening was the auction, led by Jussi Pylkkänen, an internationally renowned Finnish auctioneer, featuring exceptional items. All funds raised will be donated to the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation and the Courchevel Sports Club to support their initiatives in child protection, drowning prevention, and the promotion of sports among young people.

ReplyDeleteBlack is her happy color, smashing.

That is one gorgeous gown! It suits Charlene's statuesque frame beautifully. I always choose simplistic elegance over fussy frills. The gentlemen wearing jackets without ties has the perfect feel for a gala supporting sports initiatives.
ReplyDeleteBeaucoup de simplicité dans cette robe qui épouse à merveille la silhouette de Charlène ; j'aime bien le style de sa coiffure !
ReplyDeleteShe needs some jewelry/bling. A broach, a pin, sparkly earrings, SOMETHING! This gown is so black and shroud-like it looks likes she's going to an evening memorial service instead of a charity dinner. She looks great in it - including hair and makeup - but it needs something.
ReplyDeleteHai ragione, è così tutto nero che non si capisce neanche il modello.
DeleteAt a dinner in a French ski resort in winter, no matter how rich the resort, where the majority of other attendees are wearing simple suits, no ties and white runners for many, she’s either perfectly dressed or even slightly more than required. The photos here aren’t particularly clear but I think she’s wearing fancy earrings and that will do for the jewellery. I think this is a very classy outfit for Charlene for this occasion.
DeleteThis dress actually has a good deal of draping on the bodice. It is difficult to see in the pictures above. There is plenty of detail. Jewelry would be overkill. She is also wearing substantial earrings, which are just the right touch.

Dramatically beautiful outfit. But I don't like this somehow artificial "vintage" hairstyle. Bring the pixie cut back ...
ReplyDeleteThis gown is beautiful and looks superb. It does need something, brooch, pearl necklace, long? Its too bland, the overall look. Her hair and makeup, perfect.
ReplyDeleteStunning look for Charlene.

This one really likes getting her 1930’s glam on. It suits her to a T.
ReplyDeleteShe is perfectly dressed. She needs no bling to enhance her beauty.
ReplyDeleteLadies and Gentlemen, here is Princess Charlene, the embodiement of top class and sophisticated fashion.
ReplyDeleteShe is wonderful , statuesque and so elegant in her evening gown.
That's what I call clean cut lines and simplicity elevated to the highest degree of perfection.
Wow.
By the way, I love all of E.Saab's creations.
I read that this is a dress HSH has had in her closet for a while. Not often we see HSH rewearing an outfit, but this beautiful yet simplistic dress deserved another outing.
ReplyDeletePure elegance.
Lowri.
The Princess looks gorgeous, the Prince needs a new jacket it’s too small call your tailor.
ReplyDeleteThis is an exceptional dress and she wears it well.

Question.. Why does the Royal Grimaldi lady's never wear a tiara?
ReplyDeleteI can give only a general answer: ladies wear tiaras mostly/only when the dress code is white tie (frac). In Monaco there is only one such event, the national day evening. Even the important Red Cross Ball is a black tie (smoking) event. When attending royal events (eg. weddings) in other monarchies when the dress code has required tiaras at least Caroline has worn tiara.
