On February 3, 2025, Crown Prince Christian of Denmark arrived at the Guard Hussar Regiment (Gardehusarregimentet) to begin his military duty. The Crown Prince commenced his conscription service at the regiment’s barracks in Slagelse, where he will live with his fellow soldiers for the next four months. This four-month military service is intended to prepare Crown Prince Christian for his future role as Denmark’s monarch.
Crown Prince Christian graduated from Ordrup Gymnasium in Charlottenlund on June 24, 2024. On September 4, 2024, the Crown Prince embarked on an extended stay in East Africa. There, he was involved in the daily operations of two farms, which included both practical and administrative tasks and provided him with insight into local nature conservation.
Le prince Christian a choisi une coiffure qui est vraiment à son avantage !
ReplyDeletevraiment ou pas vraiment ?
DeleteQuand je dis vraiment, c'est une affirmation !
Deleteok Achard62, then I disagree with you; to me, his hair style does nothing for him.
DeleteNot really much fashion to comment on here. Good luck to him.
ReplyDeleteI have to say, that last photo looks like he's entering a detention facility. LOL.
It is a high security military base, hence a fence.
DeleteGood for him, military training prepares you mentally and physically.
ReplyDeleteFYI- only Spain's king is head of the Military, all other Royals only have
military titles.

DeleteI cannot speak for "all" the other Royals, but I know that King Philippe of Belgium is head of the Military. Just like his ancestors/kings of the Belgians, King Philippe is the head of all the Belgian defence forces.
I also know that King Willem Alexander of The Netherlands is not the head of the Dutch Military Forces, therefore Princess Amalia has no military duties to accomplish.
In the UK the king is also head of the armed forces. As does the king in Eswatini (which is an absolute monarchy meaning the king has actual power and not just ceremonial). Also I think in Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Brunei, and some others.

He will do well.
Hugs for you👋
Hope he do well, he knows duty well. His father and uncle like the Military, hope he will as well. Good Luck to him.

ReplyDeleteNever have been in the neighborhood of an Army Base ? Or a military airport ? All these premises are surrounded by high metal fences. Security must be everywhere. Nevertheless there is sometimes trespassing. At the fences there are mostly armed soldiers who are marching up and down and there is always a soldier sitting in a little wooden cabin at the entrance to control those who are entering on foot or by car.
