It fits well, though I don’t like the leather skirt. The boots are nice, and the brooch is quirky and fun

Tell me I am colour blind. Not enough that leather skirts that long (longer than knee length) cannot look good, they are stiff, even if the leather is high quality. And she pairs it with a top with the same colour and stiffness as the skirt - it gives me sore eyes. And the snake - I can't help but LOL and love her nevertheless, because that smile is never stiff or snakey.

    1. Her simile is indeed never snakey, neither her actitud.

    Q. Max is truly one of a kind. I wouldn’t wear a snake brooch to an event that promotes mental health for young people but maybe the Dutch don’t have any phobias about reptiles? As for the outfit, it’s a flattering colour but the fit of the skirt seems off - too long and wide. (V.M.)

This is a good color for Maxima. I know the top is Natan, and I assume the skirt is as well. It may or may not be real leather. The skirt has been a very versatile piece in her wardrobe. She has styled it in several different ways in the past. The snake brooch is fantastic. I read that it is a vintage Sardi piece. Maxima is the perfect person to wear critter jewelry.

  6. Like the top including the quirky brooch but not a fan of the skirt. She is a star

  7. I do love that pin. It's fabulous. I like the cut of the top but not the fabric. I would have preferred to see it in a fabric that drapes more. The skirr doesn't move well at all. I like the color of the skirt and top. If a skirt is needed for the event, maybe something in a nice knit?

Love Max but this outfit is ill fitting and terrible. She’s got a bra smile though.

Maxima has worn this skirt at least two, possibly three times, before in recent weeks. Is it leather, or is it some other type of artificial, manmade material? I like these tones of green. They're fresh and pleasing to the eye. The top is nice too.

I think we’ve seen the skirt here multiple times in the past few years and it doesn’t tend to get our most favourable reviews. However the fact that she wears and rewears it must mean she enjoys it and more power to her. I’m sure if we were there in the room with her we’d be focused on her presence, kindness and intelligence and the outfit would be secondary. Which is what clothes should be.

Hmmmm but you notice her and how she is dressed first then on her presence. As they say first impression

    Merci.

I could live with the outfit, although it's too much of a leather: boots, skirt, then the green top, which adds to the colour block: not my cup of tea, but Maxima being quite a tall and well-toned lady can pull that off. The snake, with all due respect, is a bit too large for me and too real to ignore...

You love it or you loathe it: I donot think there is an inbetween for her exuberant choices

I have to say that the snake makes me cringe, it looks so real. I like the green of the outfit, even though the top looks a bit to stiff and doesn't fit very well. Helena

    Q. Max is not really publicity material for Dutch hairdressers
