King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia visited Valencia last Sunday. On this occasion, the King and Queen were accompanied by Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofía, with whom they visited Catarroja, Picanya, and Alaquàs—three of the areas most affected by the DANA storm that occurred on October 29. During their visit, the family also dined at El Palmar restaurant, a symbol of Valencian gastronomy.
So very nice that they went back so show they really do care. Nicely dressed to fit in with the people
ReplyDeleteLove Letizia’s sweater, would love that as a hand me down when she’s ready ;-)… and love the way this family put on their hiking boots and casual clothes. Wishing them and you a happy Christmas.
-Dorothe-
This was a wonderful visit.
ReplyDeleteThe Royals have returned a number of times to Valencia but this visit is even more meaninful than ever.
The Royal Family is there at Christmas time too, they stay supportive and hands on to help people .
God knows how these people need physical and moral support from everyone.
I've read that this visit has been highly appreciated from the residents.
Well done indeed to the Royal Family.
ReplyDeleteLove the queens sweater
