On December 11, 2024, Queen Mary of Denmark attended Kræftværket's annual Christmas event at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen. Upon her arrival, the Queen was greeted by Ingrid Brekling Brushøj, one of the young users of Kræftværket, and Maiken Hjerming, a nurse and youth coordinator for young people undergoing cancer treatment.
Kræftværket is a community and safe space for young people undergoing cancer treatment. It provides youth aged 15-29 with the opportunity to connect and support one another across wards and diagnoses. Established in 2015 as a support initiative for adolescents and young adults with cancer at Rigshospitalet, it has since become a vital resource. Queen Mary of Denmark first visited Kræftværket in 2016.
Belle photo de la bague et du médaillon que j'ai déjà vu mais avec une pierre verte ; peut-être qu'elle peut s'inter changer ?!

This ensemble is lovely, I particularly like the pendant, beautiful.
ReplyDeleteShe is just so natural with people when she meets them, it is wonderful to see. Everyone looks so relaxed around Queen Mary. She is going to be Queen her way.
ReplyDeleteShe’s authentic and has a great sense of dressing for the occasion unlike others.
DeleteI remember when she wore red peep toe stilettos in a refugee camp.
DeleteI completely agree! Queen Mary has such a warm, genuine presence that makes everyone feel at ease. It's inspiring to see how effortlessly she connects with people, and it’s clear she’ll bring her own unique style to the role of Queen.
