  1. Her ensemble is giving me a strait jacket vide, she looks so constricted but warm I am sure and elegant!

    1. Hai ragione, è sicuramente molto elegante ma forse c'è troppa sciarpa al collo e sembra rigida.
In questi giorni a Roma c'è pioggia e un venticello freddo.

    2. Haha, yes that scarf is enormous! I much prefer the look of the suit without the coat and all of the trimmings. (V.M.)

    3. I totally disagree. I think her complete monochrome look is quite chic and stunning.

    4. Her monochrome look definitely has a chic and polished feel to it. The simplicity of a single color can be really striking, and it highlights her elegance. It’s a great choice that emphasizes sophistication while keeping the look cohesive and modern.

  4. Exquisite! I love this entire outfit, both with the coat and scarf, and without. Large scarves are in style. She wears hers very well.

  5. The individual pieces of clothing are beautiful, but together it looks like the outfit of a doctor who ran out to buy food during his lunch break.
The outfit desperately needs some detail of a different color. It doesn't have to be a striking color. For example, a gray pantsuit with a white coat.
Or - a gray or camel coat with a white pantsuit.

    1. I think the outfit actually works well as it is. The monochrome look adds a sense of sophistication and modernity, and the clean lines give it a sharp, polished feel. While a contrasting color could break it up, I think the simplicity of the ensemble is what makes it stand out—sometimes less really is more, especially when the pieces are as beautiful as these.

I love this winter white outfit. All coordinated so elegantly And the scarf gives off the classy First Lady Macron French vibe. Queen Letizia looks lovely.

  7. The state visits of King Felipe abroad are always according the same scenario.
The first day is always reserved for Spanish people who are living and working in the country he visits. In the evening there is always a reception at the Spanish Embassy where the king and queen can meet them. During the day he visits a Spanish institution in the capital of the country he is visiting. The state visit in fact starts on the 2nd day. Queen Letizia all dressed in white, but I think her white suit is not made in a fabric which is warm enough for the season. Lucky she brought a white coat and scarf with her.

    1. It is Rome, South Europe, the temperature is about 15 C, not so cold.

    2. King Felipe’s state visits do follow a familiar pattern, with the focus on meeting the Spanish community and fostering connections with local institutions. As for Queen Letizia’s white suit, it’s true that the fabric doesn’t seem the warmest for the season, but she definitely managed to balance style and practicality with her coat and scarf. It’s great to see her maintaining elegance while staying prepared for the colder weather!

    3. It all depends from where the wind is blowing. 15° C can be moderate but cold when the wind is coming from North or North East. If it is raining the humidity makes it feeling colder than it is.

    4. Anon 07:35..when people from the North of Europe come to Italy they are sleveless at 16-17..that is the difference.

    5. I am living more Northern in Europe but sleeveless at night with 15°C is not too warm for me. There are also a number of other factors which can make it feel colder than it is : being tired, catched a cold, having not enough sleep, etc... Since Queen Letizia is not living in the North of Europe, I don't understand why you mentionned this.

    1. I see your point, but I don’t think she looks unhappy. Her demeanor is often calm and composed, which can sometimes come across as serious, but that doesn’t necessarily mean she’s not content.

    2. I have noticed that too. It looks like she is thinking at something else.

  9. Letizia is wearing warm clothes and she looks snug, obviously cold. She looks good. The pantsuit looks lovely.
