On November 12, the Duchess of Edinburgh participated in BBC Children in Need and The One Show's fundraiser, The Challenge Squad. The Duchess joined 21-year-old Emily, who has cerebral palsy, for a walk along The Long Walk in Windsor as part of the event. Emily began attending CPotential, a charity supported by BBC Children in Need, at the age of three; the organization helps young people like Emily strengthen their bodies and improve movement.

ReplyDeleteSuperbe Sophie dans cette association décontractée ; ses chaussures sont-elles des bottes gros talons à lacets ?!
ReplyDeleteDressed casually, yet appropriate for the weather, and the outing, spot on Sophie.

Bless her... She works tirelessly....
ReplyDeleteI only can say that the jeans are fitting well. The parka looks a bit too masculin for me. Maybe she borrowed one of her husband's, the type they wear when hunting. The boots are looking like those canvas shoes with big heels one could already find this Spring and remind me of combat shoes worn by soldiers in the desert. Lucky the weather looked dry and the sun shined.
