Ahead of Remembrance Day, Princess Eugenie of York attended the Royal British Legion's Poppy Ball dinner at the Royal Albert Hall in London. On Instagram, Princess Eugenie said she was 'honoured' to be part of the event, which raised over £36,000 for the Royal British Legion. On Sunday, members of the royal family are set to attend the National Service of Remembrance at the Cenotaph. The Princess of Wales, who is recovering from cancer, and the King, who is still undergoing treatment for cancer, are both attending the events.

Wow! That dress and Princess Eugenie look stunning! It is fun to try to figure out from the top photo, where the embroidery across the bodice is going.

I love this look! It’s a bit eccentric but it is lively and lovely on Eugenie. The shoulder cut outs work on her with this design. They do not work on everyone. She is a beautiful woman with a wonderful warm smile and gorgeous eyes and hair.

Beautiful dress! Eugenie looks fabulous here. The embroidery is so lovely. Eugenie's hair and make up are also well done.

Now finally a cut that suits her figure, a nice silhouette. Embroidery is lovely on the dress

Interesting dress and Princess Eugenie looks great. However, tbh I prefer the blue dress worn by the lady next to her

  7. Nice gown but not a fan of the top part. She is young so she can carry it off.

  8. Eugénie looks very pretty here. I love her dress. I don’t always like the “cold shoulder” look, but this dress is beautiful and looks great on her.

  9. A lovely dress on Eugenie. The piping, and narrow band paneling at the waist and side highlights her attributes, and the dress fits her very well. Nice!

  10. This gown is all sorts of no for me, I am surprised others like it. I love the embroidery but the shape of the top just leaves me baffled. LRB

    1. I agree. I don't like this dress much, especially the top.

    2. This dress would be so much better without that weird off-the-shoulder sleeve.

    3. It is not so much liking the gown as that she finally is wearing something that suits her figure.

    4. I think the sleeves are a little funky, but the column part of the dress is very attractive on her.

  12. Jolie robe mais je ne peux pas dire qu'elle convienne bien à Eugénie surtout à partir de la taille !

  15. The 'cold-shoulder' look went out a number of years ago. This dress dates her, looks sloppy at best. The embroidery looks lovely, just not the over all look.
