  3. Her clothes are lively and fun.
Great choice of skirts, she dares to take risks in her choices!

  4. Princess Astrid is dressed very lovely on this Economic Mission to Brazil.
I like her in her new long pink dress by Safyaa. I love her handbag the "Lady Dior" in black, Princess Diana had the same and Queen Mathilde has the same in bordeaux. On the two last pictures she is wearing a coat from her Chanel collection and one of her Chanel handbags. On these Economic Missions she is always accompanied by Belgian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade : Hadja Lahib, who is always well dressed too. She is the lady in a silk red dress (pict. 5 & 6) and in a pink silk skirt and a black jacket (pict. 3 & 4). On pict. 1 & 2 Princess Astrid is wearing a necklace from Chanel in the same style as Princess Caroline wears sometimes.

  5. Princess Astrid has selected terrific outfits for this trip! She looks good in all of them--and they perfect for her role as a business/economic envoy for Belgium. I love the fuchia gown and the beige jacket and skirt the best--both are lovely on Astrid.

  7. De toutes ces tenues, c'est le tailleur/jupe de couleur rose très doux qui a ma préférence ; la ceinture noire fine apporte une petite touche élégante !

    1. The pics look fantastic, yes but I hardly recognized her on pic 10. Ok for the surprise however I don't think the hair style fits her.

There are a lot of pictures of Princess Astrid in the fuchsia evening dress and with her hair done like this on the website of the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. On other Economic missions in the past each time there was an event where the Princess had to gave a speech and there was a reception afterwards, her hair was done in the same style with the curls. Maybe it is the hairdresser who is travelling with her who did her hair like this.

  10. Surprised nobody noticed her gorgeous pearl and diamond earrings (last picture) and the diamond earrings she is wearing with the long fuchsia dress. They ressemble a bit the earrings Queen Mathilde is wearing with the tiara of the 9 provinces

  11. There are already new pictures taken in Rio de Janeiro at the giant statue of Christ. A terrific color and light show has been projected on the statue. Princess Astrid took a lot of pictures which she can show to her family when she returns home.
