This year, the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights is celebrating its 25th anniversary. To mark the occasion, Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa attended the conference 'Facing the Future with Confidence, Building on a Quarter Century of Experience,' held at the Palais de l'Europe in Strasbourg, France. Afterwards, the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess visited the European Youth Centre for an interactive meeting on the work and priorities of young people.
The Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights is an independent and impartial non-judicial institution established in 1999 by the Strasbourg-based Council of Europe. Its mission is to promote awareness of and respect for human rights in the Council's 46 member states. The current Commissioner, Michael O'Flaherty, began his six-year term on April 1, 2024.

ReplyDeleteIt seems like everything is wrong here. The uneven hem of the dress, the color of the bulky coat. Nothing favors her. The only good thing is the floral print of the dress. But it gets lost in the middle of this mess.
