On November 27, 2024, Queen Máxima of the Netherlands visited the Emmaus Primary School (Emmausbasisschool) in Rotterdam as the honorary president of More Music in the Classroom. The Emmaus School is one of twelve primary schools participating in the largest school band in the Netherlands as part of the annual Christmas Music Gala 2024. During her visit, Queen Máxima attended part of the music lesson for group 7c.
It's Natan but I like it. Interesting contrasts between colors and prints. The fabric looks luxurious. It’s very much Máxima’s style. I know it's a visit to a primary school, but I miss a hat so it would be really, really Máxima.
ReplyDeleteI like it, very festive without being green and red. Fits well, colours look good on her. The shade of green is very nice.
ReplyDeleteIt is actually blue not green.
DeleteOkay so it is blue not green. Still a lovely rich shade of whatever colour
DeleteThis is a very nice combination, but not for here.
ReplyDeleteÀ simple woolen dress like Letizia would have been more appropriate
I love that she gives the kids a beautiful outfit although obviously even better with hat (or tiara ;-)). This is a Natan I like.
DeleteI disagree. When a queen arrives, small children expect a lady with a crown, older children expect a regal figure, so that a simple woolen dress would have been a disappointment. However, instead of a crown, she should have avoided her messy, stringy hair. It is an old topic but I cannot help myself……..

DeleteWhy would she copy Letizia ? She has her own style. It is an old silk dress she is wearing. Nobody can say she is spending much money on new clothes. Besides she has three daughters who also must have clothes (gala and casual clothes).
No this is perfect, she is dressed for the kids who want to see a queen
DeleteNow this combo is beautiful, she should saved the carnival/circus dress for the kids event and wear this for the awards ceremony the other day
ReplyDeleteSo true!
DeleteBeautiful dress, but totally unsuitable for the event.
ReplyDeleteI don’t agree, children love bold colours !!
DeleteGreat outfit. Great combination and colors. The cut is beautiful
ReplyDeleteThe theme is music. If any of those students go on to perform publicly, they will see many in dressy clothes. It's pretty and seems appropriate to me. Chris L
ReplyDeleteI love the outfit and it looks wonderful on Queen Maxima. Not too sure this is daywear and not too sure its an outfit to wear to a school. Yes, children like bright colors, yes, they want to see their queen look like a queen but I would also venture that they might also fear doing something to ruin the dress too. Maxima does look wonderful here but I think the outfit is better suited to an event like the Erasmus Prize.

Alors là, j'adore la couleur bouton d'or de son haut qui se retrouve sur le fond vert foncé de sa jupe !
ReplyDeleteTenue déjà vue. Bravo pour le recyclage.
ReplyDeleteA golden oldie. Still very elegant. Children love a queen who looks colourful festive
ReplyDeleteI always like the colours of this outfit but the skirt looks so stiff. Looks like it's made out of styrofoam. I wish Q. Maxima would at least put her in a ponytail
ReplyDeleteArgentines always know how to dress for any occasion. Theres never any reason for Kristine and I to be concerned with an Argentine like Maxima's taste in fashion. Except when it comes to wearing animal flesh. Happy American Thanksgiving everyone!
ReplyDeleteShe should was her hair ,always looks unkempt
ReplyDeleteThe color combination is good, like the splash of colors. She looks beautiful, pretty and elegant ensemble.
ReplyDeleteNice dress for Maxima. Lovely colors.

Such a pity..stringy
ReplyDeleteunwashed looking hair🤔
Again, her hair looks unwashed and stringy.
ReplyDeleteI always loved this outfit on Maxima. It is at least a decade old, but still fits her and it’s a good example of the value of designer clothing (including Natan, despite the flurry of protests I anticipate will follow).
