On October 12, 2024, King Felipe and Queen Letizia, accompanied by Crown Princess Leonor, presided over the solemn act of homage to the National Flag and the military parade, both of which took place at Plaza Cánovas del Castillo. Afterwards, King Felipe, Queen Letizia, and Princess Leonor attended the reception on the occasion of the 2024 National Holiday at the Royal Palace in Madrid.
