On October 22, Queen Maxima of the Netherlands attended the official opening of Avantium's new commercial factory in Delfzijl. In this new factory, Avantium will produce FDCA (furandicarboxylic acid), the chemical building block for fully plant-based and circular plastic PEF (polyethylene furanoate). PEF is an innovative material that offers an alternative to traditional petroleum-based plastics. Avantium is the first company in the world to produce FDCA and PEF on a large scale.
Oscar de la Renta Stretch Wool Long Sleeve Embossed Dress
Wow, beautiful dress. However, the Queen’s hair on a bad day looks better than the lady in the white jacket.
ReplyDeleteThe lady in the white jacket gives more about changing the world with a bioplastic that is made from a complex chemical process that she helps invent and produce than you care about her hair. And what is your excuse?
Delete😂😂 😜
DeleteWhy always Queen Maxima? What's about the KING??????????????????????
ReplyDeleteDo you understand that this is a fashion blog? You would expect that mainly the rocal ladies are featured.
DeleteQ. M. is so beautiful in this ensemble!! The color is so deep and beautiful and I love the dress with the floral embellishments!! She is perfectly turned out today!!
ReplyDeleteAgree. Great outfit to match her lovely smile.
DeleteDéjà porté. Mais j aime beaucoup la tenue complète.
ReplyDeleteFroufrou
Very beautiful dress by Oscar de la Renta !! Seems to me a timeless classic !!
ReplyDeleteWOW QM has worn this Oscar de la Renta before but this outfit with her trademark BIG hat and a coat is just perfect👏 love this marin blue color.
ReplyDeleteMooie jurk, hoed vreselijk, echt gedateerd. Maakt haar oud.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!
ReplyDeleteMaxima is the Max today! Signature hat and all.
ReplyDeleteI love this OdelaR dress that she has worn before. It suits her perfectly, and the navy blue colour makes her look every bit the regal queen. Lovely.

Well said
DeleteHere again this nice Oscar dela Renta dress, nice to see it again.
ReplyDeleteWonderful!

This dress always looks great on Q Maxima. Not wild about the awkward looking cape but the dress can make up for a lot.
ReplyDeleteStrange pattern on the dress, silly cape, and ridiculous hat....but that is her usual, unfortunately
ReplyDeleteAh perhaps Maxima’s not for you… whereas I love her exuberance and boldness, and think this outfit completely stunning, most especially the wonderful hat. - Grace
DeleteReally good looking Queen today!
ReplyDeleteThe cape is so much better with the belt than without.
Dark blue: classical, stylish, cannot go wrong.
Isn't that outfit ( big jewelry, hat, gloves, high heels) a bit too much to open a factory?! I bet the entire outfit costs more than one year salary of those employed by the factory. Maxima needs to tone down.
ReplyDeleteWHY? she is QUEEN ?!
DeleteIn my opinion that is exactly her look or do you think Queen should wear an overall because it is a fabric?
Since it is a special factory there are certainly engineers and chemists etc...who work there. It is not all simple workmen. The clothes of Queen Maxima are not new, not the dress, not the hat and not the cape. The most expensive is the dress I think.

DeleteWho are you that you think you can tel what Queen Maxima should wear or not. The clothes are not new, the jewelry she has anyway why not wear them or must she leave them at home when she is visiting a factory or something else ? If you don't like royals, nobody is pushing you to give your opinion here. If you cannot tell us what you like or not about her outfit, please say nothing at all.

ReplyDeleteWithout the lace appliqué (at least on the sleeve) this look would be absolutely perfect. But it is still a very classic, regal and elegant look. Maxima at her best.
ReplyDeleteVery elegant and regal. Love to see royalty dressed up!
ReplyDeleteMaxima does Queen so well! MR
ReplyDeleteJust stunning.
