  1. Once again Princess Benedikte looks lovely. I like Madame President's burgundy suit, Queen Mary is very understated. Her suit earlier is smart and a nice colour.

  2. I must give credit to Madame President of Iceland - she has worn some fabulous outfits on this trip and today is no different. This burgundy outfit is different and unusual and fits her so well. In fact I think that is the key - it matters less what you wear, and more that your clothes fit you properly, and are proportionate to your figure and height. I'm very impressed. Her gold Packham gown last night was one of the best gowns of the evening.
I like Mary's olive green suit but wonder if the sleeves are too big or if it's meant to be that way.

  3. Queen Mary looks lovely in both her day and evening suits. I love how Mary adds a brooch to bring a dose of elegance to a business look. I like the blouse Mary chose to wear with the black velvet trousers--the design details are beautiful. I don't think the blouse she is wearing is the one featured from Hugo Boss though. While there is only one photo of Princess Benedikte I love the color of her dress! Beautiful contrast with her gorgeous white hair.

  4. Très belles lignes de la veste/pantalon qui épousent à ravir Mary. Quant à Benedikte, j'adore la couleur de sa robe qu'elle a égayée d'un joli collier de perles ; sa broche représent t-elle un B ?!

  5. I have been surprised by the beautiful outfits of Mrs President of Iceland. Queen Mary is wearing her old outfits all the time know ? Since she is queen I think I didn't saw her in a new dress or evening gown. All the jewelry that has been displayed since then cannot hide that her garderobe is becoming predictable and boring.

    1. Does being queen somehow imply less re-wearing one's clothes in order not to be boring for some fashion blog commentators?

  6. The president of Iceland seems like she's really a great person. Intelligent, personable, and a lot of fun to chat with at a dinner party.

  7. President Tomasdottir has a great sense of personal style. All her choices, that I've seen, have been spot on.

Benedikte looks elegant and beautiful as always.

    Q. Mary seems to have missed a memo about the evening reception and popped in wearing a nice office set.
