On October 26, 2024, Japanese Crown Prince Akishino and Crown Princess Kiko attended the opening ceremony of the National Sports Festival for People with Disabilities at Saga Stadium in Saga City, Saga Prefecture, Japan. The National Sports Festival for People with Disabilities, known in Japanese as "Zenkoku Shogaisha Supotsu Taikai" or simply "Zensho Supo," is the domestic version of the Paralympic Games.
Inspired by the success of the 1964 Tokyo Paralympic Games, the National Sports Festival for People with Disabilities aims to promote social inclusion through sports and to raise public awareness of disabilities and those living with them.
Everything is so good, right and elegant but that awkward hat...

DeleteI think I really deeply accept everything about Japanese Royal fashion because this is a culture based on very different principles and traditions of what to wear and what not to wear. But my acceptance dissolves in thin air when I see the Crown Prince. I wouldn't mind the colour alone, his wife colours her hair too. But ... Each time I see him, I think: "well, now that those curtains are drawn on both sides, the performance can begin!"
ReplyDeleteThat is so funny! Yes, with a decent haircut he would be quite an attractive man. (V.M.)
DeleteTrès jolie couleur bleu lavande que l'on retrouve dans le bandeau de son chapeau mais toujours dans le même style – Pas de changement chez son époux qui porte une cravate souvent vue !!!!
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I doubt that the Royal ladies are thrilled to wear this stupid hat? and Crown Prince Akishino needs a new hair style, because this one doesn't suit him at all.

I like her hat and don’t find that it looks stupid. I agree that the prince would look better with a different haircut … one without the long center-sided bangs.
DeleteNice suit. I like Pss Kikos smile, she is a very nice lady. Can't warm up to the Prince, don't know why.

I quite like the cut of this suit and I like these hats. Very signature look for the ladies.
ReplyDeleteWell said, agree with you.
