  2. The whole video is done so well, beyond spectacular, I'd say. Never seen anything like this from the BRF so far. Wow. Also glad to hear the good news, of course.

  3. It's a lovely video. The British press has stressed that there has been no mention yet of the Princess being cancer free. Praying for her continued recovery.

      Yes, @ Annie M.
I get the feeling Kate is just battling day after day, one step at a time, slowly, no haste, until her total healing.
A significant part of her treatment has been completed.
Prayers for her and for all sick people.

The video these photos come from is beautifully produced and a welcome message from Kate. I think this is one of the most loving and most normal glimpses of family we have ever seen from any of the British royal families. The British royals have never shown much physical affection for each other, and can come off looking cold. This video pulls away the curtain and we see genuine affection not just with their children, but between William and Kate. There is even a clip of them playing cards with Kate's parents. The importance of family is obvious. Of all the senior British royal families in recent memory, I have the most faith in this little family. William and Kate have done more to keep the children grounded than generations past. I hope this is the beginning of a new era, and we see a less reserved William and Kate moving forward. Life is too short to adhere to these old traditions. Congratulations to Kate for completing her treatment, and a thank you for sharing such an intimate look at her family.

They don't show affection in Public because most of the Times, it's on duty. That doesn't mean that they're cold in private.

This news is wonderful! I watched the video that was released with it with tears in my eyes--you can the incredible love between Catherine and William (they are very affectionate with each other) and the love of the parens and children. It is so great to hear that Catherine has completed her chemo and is feeling better and is excited to return to work as best she can while her recovery continues. I love the 2 dress she is wearing here--they are great summer dresses and she looks beautiful.

      Hello, Ava.
      Hope you are doing well.
      I' m fine.
I' m in total agreement with what you said.
You know, the first thought which crossed my mind yesterday when First watching this touching video and listening to Kate' s words were: no grey man, no dedicated palace staff could have ever delivered and even less conceived such a heartfelt and inspirational speech.
Only a woman , no matter the royal title she Is addressed with, who has been through all the huge and tough loads of personal pains and hardship could describe it all so well.
Words from a very sensitive and great woman.
And, above all , a great Mum,indeed the best of titles.
Words from the very bottom of her heart.
Kudos to her and prayers for her total recovery and healing.
A supportive , closely- kit, loving family , that' s the most important thing.
Public life can wait, It doesn' t matter.
She needs all the strength to focus solely on her wellbeing and her family.
After dark , light comes, yes, hope so.
      Hugs for you.

Yes the epitome of elegance , the one nobody can buy.
      Inbred elegance.
I don't see what she is wearing, that' s not relevant to me.
I' ll brush up on my fashion knowledge , new trends, whatever , but not on this post.
Ijust want to focus on this amazing lady, resilience personified.
Prayers for all the others caffected by cancer including King Charles a well.

    3. P the original. How lovely to read your message and thank you so much. Your words are beautiful and well-articulated. I agree with you. Public life can certainly wait. Focusing on her own mental and physical health is the most important thing. Yes, no matter what she is wearing either, not important, in the big scheme of things. It's great to see her happy with her children and William. What a wonderful support he must be. This disease is insidious and ruthless. It took the lives of both my parents, unbelievably horrible. I hope you are well. Hugs to you. Take good care.

      Dearest @ Ava,
      Thank you so much.
I' m awfully sorry to read that both your parents lost their lives due to cancer...
I lost both my parents too but not because of cancer and I can relate...
Simply horrible, terribile, hello, Just hell.
I Remember having suffered myself so deeply seeing both of them passing away...
I think that God' s Will should prevail over everything, there was no way I could have avoided their terribile destiny.
Their death happened so suddenly in both cases leaving ne with a sense of bereavment and despair so hard to describe.
You know, I am so tough, I am used to coping with the severest conditions due to my job but losing someone dear is quite another thing.
That's the abyss, as I used to call it.
That's why I ' m Always so eager to live and enjoy evey single moment.
I want to live It all , till the end , till blood runs in my veins and till I have enough strength in my bidy.
      Catherine is right .
I myself learnt not to take anything for granted , no more
Anyway, Life must go on , it' so precious though so hard at times...
Yes, I entirely agree with your comment.
Catherine has to focus on her mental and physical health first.
Yes, William is surely her rock and the kids are gems no crown will ever compare to.
I think Kate just wanted to share her relief at this step of her ' cancer journey " and invite all those affected by this illness to never ever give up.
      Splendid, dignified.
Just her every word hits the highest notes, so straight to the heart, honest, mature, brave, GRAND.
Hugs to you and... yes, I'll take good care.
      I promise.

    6. P the original. I'm so sorry of the loss of your parents. Heartfelt words from you, ( I shed a tear) I think that Catherine being so young, her children are still at a early age, its terrible to think she has had to face this. If she has to take time out, no matter how long, I agree with everything you said, so be it. Whatever it takes for her to be well. Nothing else matters. William yes, is her mainstay and I believe that also her rock. He has a strong, quiet presence, to steady her and the children if need
I love reading your thoughts and messages. Take good care.
      Hugs to you.

Where to start with that beautiful video.
I think anyone who has traveled the same journey as Catherine felt her every word deeply.
She managed to lay bare the bones of going through chemotherapy. The effects not just on you the patient but on those you love and hold the dearest. The ravishes not just on your body, but the ripple effect on the family watching you go through it!
She showed us,that loving(and being loved)can lighten the load a little.
William and her children her parents and siblings are her true strength and stay, that was evident for all to see.
I cried watching and listening to Catherine.Relieved she’s finished her treatment, and reassured she’s concentrating on staying cancer free!
Like she so eloquently said,’Out of darkness can come light’.We might not always see that light, but we have to believe with all our might, that it will be there.
I pray for Catherine’s continued recovery.
Work and royal duties are a lifetime ahead for her and her family,so there’s absolutely no rush whatsoever to jump back into it!
    Lowri.

Paloma.

I believe the video was sincere. Sure it is a bit of communication, but we were all waiting to hear how she is. 10 years ago I had my doubts about Kate, but in the meantime I can only say that I truly admire her. Unlike Diana and Meghan, she has never been a victim. Just somebody with a great smile and dignity, bravely going through a very touch time in her life.

This is not a private video. It's a professional made film with a script to show the image they wanted to show the world. So can we stop saying it's a private message. I just can imagine the reaction had this video come from over there, but I'm glad Kate is doing better. Hope for a quick recovery and that we will soon see her back at work.
