On September 23, Queen Silvia of Sweden presented the 'Good Role Model' (God Förebild) award during a seminar on elderly care organized by the Borgerskapets Enkehus and Gubbhus Foundation. The award ceremony took place as part of the commemoration of the 300th anniversary of the Borgerskapets Enkehus and Gubbhus Foundation.
Each year, the 'Good Role Model' award is given to two employees at the Enkehus and Gubbhus care homes who have shown exceptional dedication and commitment. This year's award recipients were Fred Söderblom and Jenny Thunström. The Borgerskapets Enkehus and Gubbhus Foundation was founded in 1724 with the goal of promoting care for the elderly in Stockholm. The foundation operates care and nursing homes in Stockholm.
Elegant and gracious--Queen Silvia looks wonderful here. I love her Chanel (for some reason I feel sure it's the real deal) jacket.

DeleteImpecable, como nos tiene acostumbrados, la Reina.
ReplyDeleteQuand on porte une veste Chanel, on ne peut être qu'élégante ; la reine a su la combiner avec une jupe noire !

ReplyDeleteI have the same 👍
The Queen looks elegant and regal, the jacket is gorgeous. Love the addition of her pearl necklace.
ReplyDeleteZARA makes beautiful things. Their Chanel look-a-likes must be very well made since a couple of people thought it was the real thing. I also like their blazers they have all sorts of blazers : long, short, with lapels or without in all kind of fashion colors.
