Waste processing specialist Attero launched the new 'FirstBio2Shipping' installation at its facility in Wilp-Achterhoek. On September 11, in the project inaugurated by Queen Máxima of the Netherlands, biogas produced during the fermentation of vegetable, fruit, and garden waste is converted into liquid biofuel, BioLNG. This liquid biogas, BioLNG, is used as fuel for ships and trucks. Later, Queen Máxima also opened the new NX Filtration factory in Hengelo. NX Filtration produces filters based on nanomembrane technology to purify water. This water purification method was developed at the University of Twente.

Le vert de son manteau se combine bien avec le bleu pâle de sa robe ; je n'aime pas du tout sa coiffe - J'adore voir ses boucles d'oreilles que la reine Mary possède également !
ReplyDeleteMaxima for one day in her grandmothers clothes
ReplyDeleteThank you for this informative and well reasoned comment, Anonymous. I love this dress and think we’ve seen it before, very feminine. I love the contrast with dark green hat and coat. - Grace
DeleteThe dress certainly has grandma vibes: the fabric, the short underdress, the color and print…. But I do like her coat and headpiece. Great color green. And the headpiece covers the messy hair. The bun is neat!
Paloma.
Hm, I can see where she was going with the hat and the coat and it's not bad, but with just the dress it looks mismatched and frankly a bit silly. The dress itself also isn't a favourite, it looks a bit frumpy. The earrings are gorgeous, though, and so is her smile!

The colour combination of this outfit look good, and the hat is an interesting retro style. The only thing I'd change is the extra-long sheer overlay. It would look better if it was the same length as the dress underneath. The coat looks heavy and warm. Is it that cold in Holland right now (September)? But overall, Max looks great.

@ Anon. 21:00
DeleteYes it is. This morning 8° C and during the day the t° will not climb higher than 14°. Not much sun. I just don't like the contrast between the light summer dress and the warm winter coat. In one of her warmer pant suits she would have been just fine for the weather. Perhaps they are still at the steamery to be ready for real winter.
You are aware I suppose that Holland is just a province in The Netherlands. One we speak of the country, we say The Netherlands.
DeleteYes Ano12:00 you are right repeating it again about the name of the country and its provinces. Repetition is the mother of teaching.
DeleteThe shade of green is a good on Max but I’ve never liked those clam shell hats.
ReplyDeleteExactly my thoughts. The classic trench also is very good for her.
DeleteHat, hair, earrings and shoes are all good. The coat looks lovely when it's worn properly but I'm not a fan of the dress. It's too pale and too fussy and the overlay being a different length form the skirt looks odd. Not bad but not the best
ReplyDeleteReally beautiful look from Queen Maxima today! Love the colors on her--very pretty. This is a beautiful dress--very feminine--but I wish the overlay was shorter. The coat is beautiful--do wish this draping on the shoulders would stop (seems like Maxima and Mathilde do this all the time). Not the biggest fan of the hat but it does let us see the beautiful Ole Lynggaard earrings. I also love her hair--these low chignons look so good on Maxima. Very polished, very feminine, and altogether lovely today!

Nice coat and dress, not a fan of the headpiece. css
ReplyDeleteI like Maxima, but I prefer her with more contemporary clothes (trouser suits). The coat is 'sporty' and does not match the hat. Irene
ReplyDeleteI hope this comment of mine will not be censored like the others I write just because I am not always 'in tune' with the majority. I am not 'subservient' (servile o lecchina) and my “negative”comments to Kate are never published there. Irene
ReplyDeleteThe coat is too big and too heavy for the dress. And again and again: buy a good bra!
ReplyDeleteElisabeth
I don't like the length of the underlay, both layers I personally like to be the same length. Otherwise she looks great. Love the color of her coat.
