On September 25, Queen Mary of Denmark attended the opening of an exhibition related to Rigshospitalet's soon-to-open hospital for children, adolescents, pregnant women, and their families, 'Mary Elizabeth Hospital.' The exhibition in the foyer of Industriens Hus will be open to the public until the end of December. Mary Elizabeth’s Hospital, which bears Queen Mary’s name, will be Rigshospitalet’s specialized hospital for children, adolescents, pregnant women, and their families. The hospital is planned to open in 2026.

Wow what a great colour palette match.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful.
ReplyDeleteMary looks fabulous!! These colours are beautiful on her and I think her hair is perfect - really like it styled this way rather than the curl look.
ReplyDeleteShe's almost a redhead now!
ReplyDeleteI think it depends on the light. Anyway she is a Beauty!
DeleteThis blouse and skirt looks lovely, very feminine and pretty. The skirt has plenty of movement and swish, which I love. The blouse is beautiful. She looks so elegant.
ReplyDeleteI completely agree with what you've said.

What a lovely combination of blouse and skirt, both style and color suit her perfectly. Also love that her hair are not curly but straight, refreshing change.

Beautiful skirt. She looks great.
ReplyDeleteElegant but I miss the ‘sharpness’ her outfits used to have.
ReplyDeleteParfaite combinaison du haut rose avec le Bordeaux de sa jupe ; j'adore ses boucles d'oreilles en quartz rose !
ReplyDeleteNot bad, but her outfits are becoming a bit old. I would like to see a new style on her.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous fall look from Queen Mary! She looks beautiful here. Love her whole styling--simple and elegant from the top of her head to the tips of her toes. I'm also loving this Fold blouse--very beautiful and glad to see Mary's got another besides the white one she has previously worn.

After Letizia, Mary is my favorite royal in terms of fashion (I'm actually an anti-royalist). This outfit is very pretty, elegant and feminine. The colour combination of soft pink against the deep burgundy is stunning. Glad to see Mary has adopted lower heeled shoes just like Letizia.

DeleteI wonder what you are doing on this blog if you are an anti-royalist ?
Queen Letizia has adopted lower heeled shoes because she had serious problems on her feet. In a way she is lucky that this Summer the kitten heels are back again, so she could buy a whole range of shoes with lower heels (block heels incl.). If lower heels were not fashion past Summer, I don't think Queen Mary would have bought a pair (or more, I didn't control her shoe closet). But that doesn't mean she will not wear her high heels any more. Queen Letizia on the other hand, I think she will not be able to wear high stilletto's any more otherwise her foot problems might come back. I know women who had surgical intervention to be able to wear high stilletto's again.
Sorry, not a fan of this look. The hair is much to orange/red. It doesn't suit her complexion: too warm. The blouse and skirt have a nice combination of colours. But both on itself they are very very classic: Queen Elizabeth-like. That was very nice for Queen Elizabeth, but not for Queen Mary.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colors on her. Love the red sheen on her hair, it suits her Scottish heritagel
