Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia of Sweden have announced that they are expecting their fourth child. In a statement, the Royal Court of Sweden said, 'The Princess is expecting their fourth child. Princess Sofia is feeling well, and the birth is expected to take place in February 2025. No changes are anticipated in Princess Sofia's official schedule during the autumn.'

On June 13, 2015, Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia were married at Slottskyrkan in Stockholm. On April 19, 2016, Princess Sofia gave birth to their first child, Prince Alexander, at Danderyd Hospital. Their second child, Prince Gabriel, was born on August 31, 2017, at Danderyd Hospital. Their third child, Prince Julian, was born on March 26, 2021, at Danderyd Hospital. On September 2, the couple announced they were expecting their fourth child.

      I'm sure Sofia and Carl Philip will love their child regardless of gender. But having three boys already, why not have a girl now? That's the feeling most parents would have in their situation. Its' totally normal.
