Nope nope nope, puffy sleeves hanging out, not nice. The others ladies dresses are nice but those sandals just ruin the look. A more open shoe who of been better

I think she looks good. On the contrary I don't like the other ladies outfits. No elegance at all, wrong shoes, wrong pattern, wrong everything.....

Defence Recruitment Centre unlikely to require elegance but rather practicality. I think Sophia looks lovely and puffy sleeves showing are fine in my view. Swedes are on the whole relaxed in dressing. - Grace

Making negative and unkind observations about random people in photos is unkind, disrespectful and uncalled for, they did not sign up for it, they just happen to be with the royals, Rem

The problem with the shoes of the 2 other ladies in the last picture are the vertical straps over the feet. Vertical straps can only be worn by very tall women. Short women should avoid this because visually they cut a piece of your silhouet and give the impression you are shorter than you really are. The same effect you obtain with ankle straps, better not wear them if you are short. These are not my words but advice from famous high couture designers. The same advice is given for bermuda's and capri pants, they make you look shorter. Long pants in a plain fabric are making a short person looks longer.

Pardon je me suis trompée.

I didn't write anything about divorce. This is your interpretation of my words.

Well, now, if I’m understanding things well, this appears to be “breaking news”.
That is, the baby is just a decoy to take the spotlight off the divorce.
But why haven't the tabloids told us about this?
      Are they sleeping?
p.s. I'll get back with my fashion comment a little later. I’ve got some urgent phone calls to make.

No you didn't, but they are trying to tease you because you made a remark about not wearing her wedding ring. It is not an obligation anymore to wear a wedding ring all the time. Some women when they are wearing several rings they leave their wedding ring at home because it doesn't match with the other rings they wish to wear or because it would be one ring too much.
Some men cannot wear a (wedding)ring all the time either : think of the people who are working in the field of building construction. It is even forbidden by the constractor's insurance. They won't pay you out in case of an accident due to the fact that you wore a ring.

Pss Sofia doesn't work in the field of buiding construction and has always worn her wedding ring up from 2015 until now. That's all I care about.

My intentions and comment were not to tease but to have a bit of light hearted fun - nothing else.

William doesn’t wear a wedding ring due to personal preferences…no breaking news there.

I just assumed she may not be wearing it because she’s pregnant. Lots of women stop wearing their rings temporarily because their fingers swell. Just because HRH P Sofia didn’t have to remove it for previous pregnancies means exactly nothing. The pregnancy experience with each child can be similar or wildly different.

I know she is not working in the field of construction. It was just an example I gave of a reason why people sometimes cannot wear a wedding ring. I also agree with 19:55 which is another valid reason not to wear a (wedding)ring. I can give you several reasons why people are not wearing a (wedding)ring, but I will stop here before others start to misunderstand everything I write. Signed 15:18

Seriously? The rings have nothing to do with fashion and is frankly none of anyone’s business whether Princess Sophia wears the rings or not. Stop being so nosy and gossipy!

It seems to me from this recent regional visit, that the announcement of the pregnancy in some way means that, this 4th time around, fashion-wise she's focused primarily on comfort. Hair and make-up will always be flawless, and dresses so far have still been fine, but slacks/pants are going to be whatever she feels comfy in. It's interesting because her pants/trouser outfits have been very similar to Stephanie of Luxembourg on this trip.

HGD Stéphanie of Luxemburg didn't wear black trousers only when she was pregnant but with all her tops and jackets during several years.
Back to Princess Sofia : she would be crazy not to wear comfy clothes during her pregnancy. There are a lot of comfy clothes these days not designed especially for pregnant women but for everyone who wish to feel relaxed in the evening in front of the TV post or with a good book.

Women don't wear maternity clothes too often these days. They wear regular clothes that will work with a pregnancy as much as possible. The pants she is wearing now are right on trend, and have nothing to do with pregnancy.

    3. Anonymous7/9/24 12:57

Does maternity clothes still exist ? Since a long time, when I am going to look at the different shops as well as the high street stores, I have not seen pregnancy clothes any more. Especially now when regular fashion is rather wide, women are not wearing pregnancy clothes.

Paloma
