On the evening of the second day of their visit to Venice, Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa attended the screening of the film Ainda estou aqui (I’m Still There), directed by Walter Salles, during the 81st Venice International Film Festival in Venice, Italy. On the third day of their visit to Venice, the Grand Duke and the Grand Duchess visited the interactive exhibition A Comparative Dialogue Act, created by Andrea Mancini and the collective 'Every Island', held at Arsenale di Venezia.

Well, here's a love;y surprise - I love bpth MT's dresses very much.
ReplyDeleteI love the way they drape and flow on her (not clingy nor revealing), I love the beautiful colours of each, and I love how both elongate her full figure rather than draw attention to certain parts, as many of her outfits do. She and the GD look stylish and formal and truly terrific in the first set of photos, and more of the same in the second set as well. I LOVE the pink ombre colouring but I especially like the loose style of the dress. The fit is correct, and MT looks great in that kind of look. And special mention must be made for the GD's coordinating plum trousers. They are a very fashionable couple at both events.

I like both but the pink outfit suits her better. The purple scarf around her neck is a bit too much fabric, though the overall look is good

ReplyDeleteI love the pink dress which is one of the nicest outfits I've seen the Grand Duchess wear recently. The blue dress is a good colour but there's too many bits to it for me--scarves or shawls or whatever. Nice shoes in both cases too.

The blue dress is magnificent and she looks lovely. The pink one is very nice as well. It expresses confidence that she leans towards bold colors and styles. Her hair as she has been styling it looks perfect with both ensembles. Beautiful!
