The European Royal Families are in Paris to cheer on their athletes competing in the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa of Luxembourg, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, Princess Margriet of the Netherlands, and Princess Benedikte of Denmark, in addition to visiting the Paralympic Village, attended various events at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.

@Deadeggs: Yes I believe this was his first solo trip. And now soon he is to leave on another solo trip to East Africa for a longer period (couple of months I read).

ReplyDeleteThe duchess of Edinburgh is wearing those ugly sports shoes again. She must see the difference with the white sneakers the other royals are wearing.
ReplyDeletePrincess Benedikte is dressed very appropriate. She is the best example that an older woman can wear up-to-date clothing. The beige sweater on the wine red trousers (the colors for Sweden), the sporty white sneakers and the matching shawl as finishing touch. Many younger royal ladies can learn a lot from her.
