  1. The outfit is a bit bridal but gorgeous nonetheless. It might have been better in a different colour. Queen Mathilde looks amazing.

    1. I still do not understand why white should only be worn at weddings and black at funerals. That is just not the norm anymore!

Der brautliche Eindruck entsteht wohl durch die Kombination von Weiß und Chiffon. Trotzdem sehr elegant.

    9. Queen Mathilde has just shown us one of her best looks in months. She wears the jumpsuit well, with her height. Hairstyle to perfection.

So very pretty and elegant! A simple sleeveless, all-in-one pantsuit covered by a flowing overlay of white silk chiffon (I think) and a parson's collar for top detail. Now that's style. Mathilde's height and updo adds grace to this ensemble, which is just under embellished enough not to look too bridal. Strangely, it's the bouquet in her hands that brings a bride to mind, lol. Without it, she'd just be the star party guest that she is.

Or if they'd put a big touch of the NewMyRoyals's "pop of colour" in the bouquet it may have bocked the bridal look.

  11. Somptueuse mais j'aurais opté pour une couleur rouge par exemple qui va à merveille avec sa blondeur ; très délicat son chignon !

Queen Mathilde wears the same outfit she wore at the diner before the opening of the Olympic games in Paris. I am glad we can admire her once more in this beautiful gala jump-suit. White, off-white, grey white, etc... are colors that have been worn by a lot of royals and other celebrities during Summer. Someone suggested she should have worn it in red. Those who follow Queen Mathilde know that she has worn often red since she became a princess and even more after she became a queen. I think she also likes to wear other colors than red now and then. She looks great and it is not a bridal gown because it is a jump-suit with an overlay in a transparant fabric.

Perfect Mathilde! She is so elegant. I sometimes dislike her style in that she can look a bit frumpy if the cut of an outfit is wrong for her. Here her height is accentuated and this is a great look. I also like a little less volume and more sleekness in her hair, it takes years off her.
    Phil looking nice also
