On August 27, 2024, Crown Princess Victoria attended the 2024 Stockholm Junior Water Prize ceremony, held at the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Center in Stockholm. The Crown Princess presented the 2024 Prize to the winners, students Jonathan Zhao and Christopher Whitfeld. The Stockholm Junior Water Prize is a competition for students aged 15 to 20 who have developed research projects that can help solve major water challenges. Crown Princess Victoria is Patron of the Stockholm Junior Water Prize.
Oh I love love this dress. The water theme is perfect for the occasion.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!! And love the colour of her shoes
DeleteIt is a pretty dress but it reminds me of a ballerina on a music box.
ReplyDeleteAna Katarina
I like the dress and shoes but I think her hairstyle looks rather ordinary for this event. (V.M.)
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you about her hairstyle because, it is like this most of the time when she is dressed in military clothes or just like this event. A beautifully styled chignon would be perfect!!!
DeleteOh yes, why is she neglecting to give more emphasis on her hair style ?? It is so important for women. It makes the look or destroys it.
DeleteVictoria and her sister are elegant and trendy. As the Queen. However, she needs hair advice. She pulls her hair back tightly and that could cause it to break eventually. She could do many things with her curly hair and smooth it too. Her makeup is also very low maintenance.
DeleteThere's little doubt that the fabric pattern is a direct homage to the water event. That's a nice touch; however I'd have liked the dress more if it were not full length - perhaps knee length or just an inch or two below the knee, especially since the skirt is so flared, and it is still summer. Her shoe colour works better with this dress than the other blue and white floral dress she just wore earlier. Either way, Victoria looks tanned and happy.

Victoria looks very pretty in her water-themed dress.

Beautiful and very appropriate dress for a water prize event. Those shoes are marvellous !!
ReplyDeleteTotally agree. Lovely dress and the shoes are superb

Very thematic dress!
ReplyDeleteI love Princess Victoria’s water dress. She is lovely.
ReplyDeleteYou know, when I see her dress, I can almost hear the sound of waves braking on the sand 😀
Delete@deadeggs, so lovely and poetic you are!!!
DeleteHello FITZHUGH.
DeleteHow very kind of you to notice my talents.
Thank you.
You know, it’s not very often that people do.
But I just keep going, never complain and never explain.
Victoria a su ressortit cette robe très rafraîchissante mais j'aurais bien vu ses chaussures dans une couleur blanche !
ReplyDeleteOh my 🥰 …
ReplyDeletei didn’t notice Victoria att all on that first picture:
all that I saw was her bodygard on her left 😂🤣
Dear Anon 09:23. Please concentrate on the subject.
DeleteThis is a respectable blog. We are hear to talk about fashion, not about "hot-date" material.😎
Don't you think it is necessary for a royal these days to have a body guard ? I do not see what this has to do with fashion.
DeleteDear Anon 09:23 my comment (deadeggs 13:05) was a light hearted joke and intended to be nothing more than that. 😀😁😂
DeleteRavissante tenue.
ReplyDeleteEn ayant les cheveux attachés elle pourrait varier la coiffure. Pas de coiffeurs visagistes en Suède.
Meme dans ma campagne on conseille ces dames
Froufrou
Perfect ! Dress and shoes.
ReplyDeleteWow! She looks gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteAs always, the blue water themed dress is appropriate for the occasion. Well done CP Victoria! From hair, jewelry, dress, shoes including your lovely smile and sense of joy, a class act all the way.

I love this dress and shoes. So pretty. Someone (I think it was Ana) said she looked like a ballerina in a music box and I think that is a perfect description. I wish she would not always wear her hair so severe. I would love to see it worn down in beautiful brown luscious waves or if she does have to wear it up, make it looser with some loose tendrils slightly curled. Not styled tendrils but look like they have just come loose on their own. Congratulations to the winners!

Melinda, totally agree with you.
DeleteSuch a lovely dress, just the hair not so severe, why oh why when she has those jealous making curls?
3 blue dresses in 2 days. But the last one is the prettiest. A pity it is too short for a long dress and too long for a midi dress. I like her blue shoes. Why doesn't she do her hair like she does sometimes but not often, in a middle part and over her ears and attached in the back with a piece of false hair. Or a side part and attached in the neck at a piece of false hair. It looks like she never got the time to do her hair with the help of a hair stylist.
ReplyDeleteShe looks wonderful!!
ReplyDeleteShe’s just lovely and her personality makes her even more so!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!
ReplyDeleteDear Imaria, Smooth her hair? That means lots of chemicals, very unhealthy, surely you know that. Low-maintence makeup? As far as I can see, there is enough makeup on her face for a natural look and I would not like to see her with a face smothered in paint, especially around the eyes, of some of the MAJOR royals, in which case I am thinking of three in particular.
ReplyDelete🌞Virginia
Hello Virginia.
DeleteI wish you'd name them. But thinking about it, perhaps it's not a good idea.
We'd finish up going right off topic. 😏
Great looking gown. It looks like waves in the Ocean, the color is fitting too for the occasion. Nice choice CP Victoria. css
ReplyDeleteThis gown looks splendid, love the water theme. She wears this beautifully.
