Good to see King CG and Queen Silvia! Sweden has been doing well. I am sure the athletes appreciate their majesties support in person. One of the Swedish pole vaulters is amazing--watching him right now. I also Grand Duke Henri presenting medals last night I believe--his pleasure and excitement for the medalists was evident to see. Nice that King Felipe is back to watch his nations athletes--again, I am sure they appreciate his in person support.

  3. Nice to see King Carl Gustaf wearing trainers. On another site there is a photo of Queen Silvia wearing trainers.
It’s been a great occasion for the royals to dress down, have fun and meet up with their cousins.
Lots of smiles and a superb bubble gum blowing demonstration from the Dutch royal family.
    Viva the Olympic Games.

And here a lot of us were concern it was related to her health. One report says the arrest is related to him “… allegedly had an incident involving a woman in her 20s on Aug. 4, … ‘[he] attacked her psychologically and physically,’ and she was treated at a hospital for a concussion.”
I will reframe from further opinion because I'm a firm believer in there being *3* sides to a story; "your side, my side, and *the truth*" which is usually somewhere in the middle. Still no excuse for physical violence however.
