On July 2, 2024, Princess Caroline of Hanover was present at the inauguration of Roger Capron's restored works in the Galerie des Salines in Monaco. Created in 1968 by French artist Roger Capron, this ceramic decor representing the marine world, originally composed of twenty-nine glazed terracotta panels, was designed for the facades of premises located under the Larvotto promenade.

Roger Capron (1922-2006) was an influential French ceramicist, known for both his tiled tables and his use of recurring motifs such as stylized branches. In September 2019, the NMNM team was entrusted with the protection and enhancement of Roger Capron’s work, deposited as part of the restructuring work of the Larvotto promenade.

Nice outfit for Princess Caroline. The vibrant colour of the blouse brightens her appearance and makes up for the grey hair draining the colour from her face.

I find the constant allusion to Princess Caroline‘s grey hair very offensive, she deserves respect, but she does need an adapted cut.

    2. I admire Princess Caroline for accepting the inevitable that we will all face aging eventually, some better than others. She has always been beautiful to me, gray hair or not. We all cannot be Dorian Gray!

Cool, comfortable, casual look from Caroline for this event. I like that she chose such a bold and different color for the top--many would have gone with a more traditional pairing with white trousers--navy or red or a summery pastel perhaps. She looks terrific here.

J'aime la couleur du chemisier mais pas la façon de le porter (au-dessus du pantalon, ça fait pyjama).
Les couleurs des céramiques sont ternes. Pour évoquer le monde marin, je préfèrerais des nuances de bleus et des verts profonds.
