I do wish these girls would do something with their hair. This style is so boring and it really drags down their beauty.

Sofia’s hair looks tidy and well-kept to me, but the current fashion of middle parts is not my preference and looks good on very few people, in my opinion.

Mary di Danimarca ha la riga in mezzo e nessuno ha mai scritto "orribile".
Nelle ragazze va molto di moda, proprio come Sofia con i capelli lunghi e super lisci ed è bellissima.

    7. Agree, no middle part here.
I think it give you a symmetrical look and takes away the softness.

She’s obviously styled her hair to be shiny and neat. She’s a young woman, following trends, learning what she likes, and under the spotlight. Let’s let her enjoy that youth without unnecessary criticism. I never forget that all young people, including young royals, can access the internet and I’d hate us to hurt their feelings. - Bob

It's amazing how short all of your memories are. We were all that age once and wore styles that were trendy, not necessarily flattering. All the younger royals and a lot of the older ones have a center part. I would think there would be more alarm bells sounding about the hairstyles that never change, decade after decade. That is what I personally find unattractive, not a woman, young or old, who is willing to try new styles and stay modern. The center part does not bother me at all.

Actually the young Princess is looking very beautiful. What's wrong with that then?

    15. Agree with An10:35 !!! I think we have to accept trends even if we don't like it. Some of you are reminding me of my own grandma and all the comments from her I didn't like.

Both the Princess and the infanta are beautiful girls and this hair style makes them boring instead of complimenting their beauty. No one is asking them to cut their hair. Just mix it up a little.

-Dorothe-

There is nothing wrong with Infanta Sofia's top. It looks like a normal white blouse with long sleeves. She is dressed like every normal female foot ball fan. King Felipe himself wore a navy jacket on a black pair of trousers. Not his normal outfit, but going to a football match means looking sporty or casual, not formal. His red tie and her red trousers correspond with one of the colors of the national team of Spain. That is how it is done. When King Willem Alexander goes to a football match of the Dutch National Team he is wearing an orange tie and/or a scarf and sometimes an orange anorak. When King Philippe is present when the Belgian Red Devils are having a match he and his children are wearing the official scarf of the national team. The children are dressed simple and the princes are not wearing a tie.

  8. So, Prince George is in Germany with his father watching a sporting event, Princess Charlotte is with her mother at Wimbledon and it appears Prince Louis has been forgotten and left at home in front of the chimney.
Are we going to see a royal, male version of Cinderella?

I think they wanted the girls to have a day out and the final was too late at night for Louis to attend (until 11pm). But I'm sure he will come along in the future, when he's older. He is probably a bit too young to attend lengthy sports games anyway.

Every time they take Louis out for a test drive, he is a stinker (in the most adorable way possible). I'm sure he has special time alone with both of his parents, just not on the world's stage. Once he settles down, he will be attending these events alongside his parents.

He probably stayed behind with Pippa’s children (and possibly his maternal grandparents) since she was at a Wembledon with her sister.

I do not understand why all of a sudden Infanta Sofia's middle part is not good anymore. Why nobody mention all the other princesses who wear their hair the same way, including Infanta Sofia's own sister CP Leonor. This is really looking for something to start an endless discussion.

What a nonsense!! Myself wear a middle part, It is more elegant with long hair. Obviously here there are only women with short hair.

I think the reason Sofia’s hair gets these comments is that she has a low hairline, so this style is less becoming for her. People with long healthy hair tend to showcase their tresses rather than a style that suits their face better. Nothing wrong with this its easier to maintain then constantly going to the salon.

Personally, I find the middle part with the pin drop straight hair to very harsh and severe on Sofia's features, specially given her young age.

I agree with 18:12. She is beautiful and has a very pretty face. The poker straight, drapey hair just makes her look dull. It doesn’t draw out her beauty. I know it’s the style, but it isn’t necessarily everyone’s style.

Congratulations to Spain on their big win. Wonderful to see King Felipe and Sofia enjoying the match with William and George. Great dad moments! Love that Sofia and Felipe are both wearing red and they are certainly enjoying the trophy celebrations. Meanwhile, at least George and William had something to celebrate earlier. Photos I saw of them on another site showed them having a wonderful time too.
