On July 10, 2024, Japan's Imperial Family, including Emperor Naruhito, Empress Masako, Princess Aiko, Crown Prince Akishino, Crown Princess Kiko, and Princess Kako, gathered for a special music concert to celebrate the 90th birthdays of Emperor Emeritus Akihito and Empress Emerita Michiko. The concert was held at the Tokagakudo music hall within the Imperial Palace. Former Emperor Akihito, now 90, and Empress Michiko, who will turn 90 in October, were honored with this event.

ReplyDeleteEmpress Michiko so classy with that beautiful brooch and necklace. All the ladies look lovely. Nice to see Princess Aiko sitting with her cousin. I find this fashion protocol on her just doesn’t seem to hit the mark like it does for Kiko and her mother. Can’t quite put my finger on what is off, perhaps a more defined waistline.
