The hair has a shape. It may not be to everyone's taste but this is a popular cut for many women

Unpopular opinion..while Mary certainly is a nice looking woman, well groomed, elegant and stylish I’ve never thought her to be a great, earth shattering beauty as so many do. Sorry..just my opinion.

I have to agree with you. Queen Mary of Denmark seems to be more beautiful than before. She is a lovely looking woman, very attractive, with a natural relaxed beauty. Taking in to account that she is also a woman approaching her 60's with four teenage children, who has completely surrendered her life to a completely different lifestyle. The fact that Mary not only fell in love with the Crown Prince of Denmark, now King Fredrik, but she also undertook learning the Danish language, culture, history, protocol of Royalty, plus dedicated herself to her husband's country, his Monarch + to many Charities, Foundations + Organisations in order to Serve the people + to try to help the Danish Royal Family be the best that it can be, for the people.

To Polly Anna. You are right, but Queen Mary is not an exception, other queens or princesses had to do the same efforts.

    6. Not too fash dear PollyAnna, Queen Mary’s got about 8 years to go before she has her 60th birthday. 😀

    7. Dear FITZHUGH. My answer to your question is ‘yes’. Maybe it’s not only beauty but also confidence. Mary had an enormous challenge to transform from an executive working girl from ‘down-under’ to a Princess in a foreign country over 20 thousand kilometres from her birthplace and then on to be the Queen of a European country . Never a false note, never a foot out of place. I think it is the feeling of satisfaction and job accomplished that gives her a wonderful external glow.

I’m not sure about the asymmetrical lines of Mary’s jumpsuit - I think I would prefer the legs to be symmetrical. Her hair looks redder than usual to me in these pictures, but maybe it’s just reflecting the color she’s wearing.

I think she has had a bit of a colour rinse put in. I noticed a subtle change a few weeks ago when she was out with her adorable youngest child, the ever infectious bubbling personality filled Princess Josephine.

I don’t like the way her face looks in the last photo. I hope it’s because of the poor quality of the photography. And not because she tried something silly.

Otherwise, not loving how wide-legged this jumpsuit is. Too much IMO.

I think it's just the darker shade of eye shadow. It's more prominent than her usual "natural look" with makeup. I doubt she has undertaken any Botox, fillers or cosmetic surgery. Aside from the undeniable fact that she doesn't need to improve or change her physical appearance at all as she is beautiful as she is.

    5. Anonymous26/7/24 11:18

She did something, she can't move her face in a "natural" way. She's not the only one, many public figure does it. I don't like it, but I think it's not easy to be always under the scrutinity of people and press, so I don't judge.

    7. Hello /AA
Thanks for the link. Nice trip down memory lane.
I’m with you. I don’t think Queen Mary has been playing around with face improvers.
Queen Mary has always had nice rounded cheeks (see photos).
The minute the face of a woman (royal or otherwise) comes out a bit different on a photo, the botox bells start ringing. Princess
Charlene is being targeted again at the moment.

Beautiful red jumpsuit!!! Queen Mary looks great in this outfit I would love to see her stop always wearing a middle part--today her hair looks wonderful but that part is a no. Glad to know the Danish royals are going to enjoy the Olympics since the Olympics is what brought them together in the first place!

She is lovely and she has excellent taste for what looks good on her - almost no exceptions (except that funny cardigan some days/weeks ago :-) . I am not a fan for overly long hair, but if this is a given because she obviously likes it, then the only criterium left is if it is well groomed and styled and yes, well, it is. What I consistently find quite terrible are the King's ever too tight clothes. He is slowly approaching an age where it becomes somewhat ridiculous.

Agree that Queen Mary is looking elegant and beautiful, hair and her red jumpsuit and think the time is now for her King Frederick to update his tight suits which make him look older and out of date.
