On May 30, 2024, Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel and Princess Estelle of Sweden attended the inauguration of the new sculpture "The Inner Flow of Life" by the Italian artist Giuseppe Penone at The Princess Estelle Sculpture Park located in the Royal Djurgarden, Stockholm. The acquisition of Giuseppe Penone’s sculpture has been made possible through a donation by Birgitta and Conni Jonsson.
The Princess Estelle Cultural Foundation was founded in 2019 on the initiative of Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel. Its purpose is to promote cultural activities in Sweden. The initial focus is on developing an international, permanent sculpture park in the Rosendal area, the Princess Estelle Sculpture Park.

Wow, Princess Estelle is so like her mother. In the 2nd and 5th pics where they are facing the same way, it's quite uncanny. I like Estelle's dress but not so keen on her mother's. The lace looks lovely but the trench coat style belt and the length spoil it for me

ReplyDeleteSummer has arrived! Both V and E look great and appropriate for the outdoor event. The length, cut and neckline on Victoria’s dress really flatter her. I also think a ponytail is a major improvement over the bun. She has beautiful thick hair and it looks more youthful and modern.
ReplyDeleteMother and daughter are dressed in beautiful spring/summer dresses--and they look beautiful. Victoria's dress is very pretty and the hemline is what elevates the dress into a beautiful dress. Estelle's dress is perfect for a tween girl--pretty, ruffled, floaty, even dreamy. She such a pretty girl and this dress looks like it was designed for her. I also like Estelle's summer platform sandals--I'd have loved them at her age (probably feeling grown up because of the platform) and I'd wear them right now. Finally, how nice to see Victoria wear her hair in a ponytail--perfect style on what appears to be pretty spring day.

DeleteGoodness, Estelle has grown, near a young lady. She looks very sweet and pretty. I am not a fan of Victoria's dress, but she looks good.

I like the bottom lace part of CP Victoria´s dress but find the top part too bulky. The wide trench coat style belt is too heavy for the lace part. Estelle looks lovely in her summery, floaty dress.
