For the match at Skaugum, Røa Unified fielded the newly formed team Unified Kids that has players aged from 6 to 14. This offer for children was created in Røa IL a year ago, after a project was launched aiming to integrate children with disabilities. Established in 1994, Røa Unified is an offer of adapted football for people with a form of disability, and is part of Røa IL. The team represented Norway in the Paralympics and it plays in the Stjerneserien leauge.

Great event and love seeing that both Haakon and Sverre Magnus played in the match. M-M looks good in her casual all denim look except for those boots--hard to think anything looks off with jeans but these do for some reason. Maybe it's the top? Not sure and I really like the boots but something is off for me. Everyone looks like they are having fun and enjoying the chance to take part in the match. On another note--M-M appears to be quite fond of her turquoise bracelet. I think she is wearing it again today--she's worn it several times in the past few days.

MM was coach for one of the teams. The boots was a fun reference to Drillo who managed the Norwegian national football team in the nineties. He was famous for wearing boots.

MM is making a gag, jest what you will call it. There was a Norwegian trainer/manager who is known for wearing turned down wellies. As a trainer for team Skaugum she wore also her wellies turned down. https://media.snl.no/media/34764/standard_compressed_sf0a094b.jpg

The rubber boots is a if-you-know-you-know kind of joke that Norwegians understand. She had the role of team manager and was channeling Egil 'Drillo' Olsen, a former successfull manager of Norway's national team who famously wore rubber boots to a lot of matches :)

  4. J'adore voir des photos pleines de décontraction de la famille réunie pour ce match amical ; ce serait agréable de les voir plus souvent pour ce genre d'occasion !

  5. Nice to see the family enjoying some ‘off duty’ dress down time.
Lots of happy memories for the participants in this event.
    Love Mette-Marit’s shaggy jeans.
Would be nice to see some photos of Mette-Marit’s other son,
Marius Borg Høiby. A very handsome young man.
He would be Prince Haakon’s step son.
