On Wednesday May 15, 2024, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden attended the celebration of the new Swedish Academy Dictionary (Svenska Akademiens ordbok - SAOB) at the Swedish Academy in Stockholm. SAOB is a historical dictionary and an important tool when reading older texts. A special scholarly council involving representatives from the Academy, and an editorial staff are superintending the work.
SANDRO belted short sleeve blazer
H&M Light Beige Pleated Skirt
Hair was tied up too longer when she finally let it out it looks stiff, lost volume and bounce.
ReplyDeletehowever, a lovely outfit today
It might just be frizzy hair that doesn’t flow easily in a pony tail. My sister has the same. This hair can defy gravity and it’s why buns are great to control it. (Grace)
DeleteGrace isn't it strange straight of a long plane trip to Seoul https://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2015/03/23/08/26E8E12A00000578-3007354-image-a-15_1427100457428.jpg

Like the skirt. Would have been so much better with a short jacket or top.
ReplyDeleteStunning.
ReplyDeleteStunning.
ReplyDeleteBreaking news: Victoria has a ponytail!
ReplyDeleteI love CP Victoria in this outfit. She looks very young all of a sudden.
ReplyDeleteShe had so many critics on her hair in a bun and now that she wears it in a ponytail the critics continue. She simply has difficult hair to style good. Having natural little curls in your hair is not easy to style.
At last: a skirt!
ReplyDeleteSo much better!
ReplyDeleteShe looks much better in her bun!
ReplyDeleteThe skirt looks good, moves well and has plenty of swish! The jacket however I am not so keen on, something about it doesn't appeal to me, but I'm not sure what that is.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you. It’s not quite right but I can’t say what I don’t like!

To long.
DeleteGreat look for Pss Victoria. Maybe the Ponytail needs to be a bit shorter.? css
ReplyDeleteI wonder what CP Victoria must think when she reads these comments.
ReplyDeleteIf she wears a bun it must be loose or in a pony tail. If she wears a pony tail it must be shorter. If she must take into account what everybody says about her hair she will be mad in no time. I have always heard that the royals don't take into account what others have to say about them and that they don't even read websites or magazines about royals and that they take a good laugh when they do read comments occasionally about what they should do and what not.
Why only Victoria? Why not Charlene, her kids, Meghan, Mette-Marit, Maxima and so on. A royal must have a strong psychic health if they read what we think are right for them...PS they do read. I remember reading a interview with Princess Ingrid Alexandra on her 18 birthday on this subject. She said of course I read what people say about me, probably more than I should.
DeleteHope she smiles and say to each his own. css
