On May 29, 2024, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden attended a ceremony in Gothenburg held to mark Veterans Day. At the ceremony, the Crown Princess laid a wreath at Gustaf Adolf Square in memory of the fallen soldiers. During this year's commemoration, special attention was paid to Balkan veterans who served from 1991 to 2000.
Veterans Day (Veterandagen) is observed annually in Sweden in honor of people who are serving or have served in the Swedish Armed Forces in international military operations, as well as for commemorating those who died during their service. It coincides with the International Day of United Nations Peacekeepers.

The blouse and skirt look good, combined with the lovely white jacket, elevates the overall look. The jacket is beautifully tailored and lovely fit. I like her Navy accessories. I think she is wearing pearl earrings? A lovely appearance for Veterans Day.
ReplyDeleteThe outfit is smart but the skirt is just a little too long so looks frumpy unfortunately.

A smart Spring outfit although I think it would look better if the sleeves of the jacket were just a bit longer.
ReplyDeleteA lovely choice (blue and white) to wear for Veterans Day. Elegant and very stylish. Victoria looks beautiful.

No to the blouse. A simple white top and it had been such better.
ReplyDeleteElégante tenue même si à mon avis, le chemisier dans une couleur unie bleu marine aurait mieux convenu !
ReplyDeleteLa longueur de la robe la mémérise mais est ce la mode?

A nice outfit. I don´t like the sleeves puffing out so longer sleeves on the jacket or shorter sleeves on the top would have been better.
ReplyDeleteIt has taken Sweden far too long to give due recognition to the veterans who served or died during international duty.
Long sleeves and bleizer almost 30 degrees in Göteborg this week😅
ReplyDeleteBut terribly windy……C
DeleteThe usual no to CP Victoria's outfits and hairstyle.
