On April 4, 2024, King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain presented the 2022 National Sports Awards at the Royal Palace of El Pardo in Madrid. The awards are granted by The National Sports Council for the purpose of honoring the people and entities that, either through their direct activity or personal initiative, or as participants in the development of sports policy, have contributed significantly to promote or disseminate physical or sports activities.
Toujours aussi magnifique
ReplyDeleteJe suis fan.de ses tenues

QL looks fantastic in this combination apart from the white belt (I would prefer a darker colour, as imo it now conflicts with the white/cream of the blouse)
ReplyDeleteThe lady in the ( light blue) suit looks better; get rid of that leather trousers.
ReplyDeleteOh my! Meow!
DeleteMeow!
DeleteY si te los da a tí, mucho mejor, ¿no? LOL
DeleteAs always Queen Letizia can look good in anything but...I am not a fan of her leather trousers. I can even give a thumbs up to her pussy bow blouse but not the trousers.

A very stylish ensemble. Rusty red cropped leather (vegan?) pants and perfectly matching kitten heels. Hair and make-up perfect. Simple jewellery. My only quibble: I would replace the white belt with an ivory for a perfect match with the top.

This is a nice look for Letizia. But a working event I would stay away from leather pants. css

ReplyDeleteI like the blouse and the colour of the trousers, not a fan of leather trousers ;tachy, her hair looks pretty.I like the lady in the light blue pant suit(Tara)
ReplyDeleteI love the leather! She can wear leather every week and I will cheer her on. I don't care for the color of the belt. I would have preferred it have been the same color as her slacks.
ReplyDeleteAnon 18:15, you are rude. It is one thing to not care for what she is wearing, it is another thing all together to demand that she "get rid of" what you don't like.
Good-looking and chic Letizia.
ReplyDeleteI like the outfit as a whole.
ReplyDeleteLove the outfit, the quality of leather looks superb, gorgeous colour. Q. Letizia certainly has panache.
ReplyDeleteThe lady in the light blue suit Pilar Alegria, minister of Education and Sports is dressed better than Queen Letizia.
ReplyDeleteNot that I don't like her red leather pants, they are very beautiful but she should have styled them differently. The white belt should be replaced by a red one (same shade of red as the pants). A little (white) jacket would also have looked more appropriate for the circumstances.
I am not a fan of leather pants, but Letizia’s outfit looks nicely pulled together and coordinated.

QL's trousers are too short, overall effect is to make her look shorter than she already is.
ReplyDeleteYes you are right. That is what Karl Lagerfeld always gave as advice. Shorter pants like 7/8 's or Capri's make a woman look shorter.
DeleteSo better avoid them when you are not very tall.
She is 1,70 tall, so what is the problem with look shorter than that??
DeleteLetizia is hardly short. Felipe is exceptionally tall at 6' 5.5", and Letizia has been forced to give up her high heels due to foot issues.
DeleteNobody said she is too short. But the fashion rules says that shorter pants are making a person look shorter. Karl Lagerfeld also said you must look at the vertical lines on a woman's silhouette. If there are too many vertical lines such as a line to mark the waistline (a belt), a line to mark the hemline, a line to mark the shoe straps around the ankles, etc... it can make a person looking shorter than she really is.
Delete1 m 70 is a normal length for young people today. Almost all of them are taller.
DeleteWhat the church has to do with it ?
DeleteDoes QL has a stylist ? If so it are not her own rules she is following.
A stylist for what exactly? No body in Spain follows her clothes, It is not important...we have more things to worry about...and we have to pay for a stylist...you always can pay for It...I think that in Europe almost nobody follows the clothes of the royalty...It must be in countries where they do not have one...
DeleteShe looks great, modern, elegant and beautiful hair and make up.
ReplyDeleteNice outfit on Letizia. Clearly she has a good metabolism. I would need a blazer and my ankles covered. Christine
ReplyDeleteInside? Don't you have heating at home? Where do you live?
DeleteIt has nothing to do with the t° at home, but with the elegance. If you look at the minister Pilar Alegria she is looking classy and chic in her light blue suit with the long pants. QL doesn't this time.
DeleteElegance?? Speaking about Ministers and heads of State... please!! Pilar Alegría has more money than Letizia...maybe people are a bit bored about the "education' minister..Who is speaking about her outfits, abroud?
DeleteAnon 6/4/24 9:03: In public buildings, with the airflow they need to set for the HVAC systems and the temperatures for crowds, yes, I would need a blazer. Christine
DeleteToday we have had 24C degress in Madrid... Christine..do you need a blazer? Have you got a cold??..
DeleteStill like the light blue suit better. Whatever the interior business in Spanish government is, I don't care. This is a fashion site. I am looking at what the ladies are wearing and I have noticed on many occasions that Pilar Alegria is wearing beautiful clothes that I like very much.
DeleteThe 3rd photo warms the heart! how beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI don't normally like leather pants but these pants are the acceptation. The size is perfect, the length I love. The red shoes are a Yes! I don't like the white belt. The blouse is beautiful, I like this very much, so elegant. Her hair this length, is stunning.
Correctíssimo en todos los sentidos.
