On April 22, 2024, King Abdullah II and Queen Rania of Jordan visited the Madaba Governorate. The King and Queen attended a meeting with figures and representatives from Madaba at Mount Nebo. The meeting was held as part of the visits the King is making to the governorates on the occasion of his Silver Jubilee. Prior to the meeting, The King and Queen visited Madaba Visitors Centre, which highlights the historical, geographical, and religious significance of Madaba throughout the ages.
A lovely spring dress.
ReplyDeleteMagnificant as always
ReplyDeleteQR looks beautiful, a modern nod to the traditional style. Love the exquisite embroidery on the dress.
ReplyDeleteI love her traditional dresses but this one gives me summer tablecloth vibes …
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely dress on Rania. The flowers look hand painted, and the overall simple style of the dress looks perfect for hers and the Kings visit. Also a cooling outfit in a hot climate.
ReplyDeleteMadaba was one of my favourite places visited in Jordan. There is so much to see, so much to learn about, and so much to think about all that has happened in the region through the centuries. You leave with more than you came with.

Exquisite!
ReplyDeleteI love when Rania wears these traditional dresses, although this one is quite modern. The dress has needes ages to embroidery.
ReplyDeleteTrès rafraîchissante la tenue de Rania imprimée d'iris ;
