On March 14, 2024, King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain presented the 2023 National Research Awards. The award ceremony took place at the Ducal Palace of Gandia (Palacio Ducal de los Borja, Gandía) in Valencia. Created in 1982, these awards are the most important recognition in Spain in the field of scientific research.
The awards are given to those researchers in Spain who distinguish themselves during their career and gain international acceptance in their respective fields. The awards are endowed with 30,000 euros for each category and also recognize the merit of young people with a maximum age of 40, who have achieved success in the early stages of their careers.
Hugo Boss Jocalua blazer and Tapia trousers
Love the suit and the lace top. Great look. css
ReplyDeleteThe Queen looks lovely in the Hugo Boss spring suit. Only problem for me is that I dislike ankle pants for business suits. Should come to the top of her foot . Lovely blouse adds just the right feminine touch. No purse and only earrings for adornment. Perfect simplicity.
ReplyDeleteAgree, pants would beter be a bit longer
DeleteI agree too. Even when Spring is not far away, this type of pants was fashionable a couple of years ago but was very quickly outdated.
DeleteCigarette trouders have never bee out of style, not sure what you’re refering to Anon 10.15
DeleteAnon 10:15
DeleteI am referring to the length not the width.
Anon 10.15, which is a style of trousers with narrow legs that are slightly narrower at the bottom and finish at or just above the ankle. Otherwise they wouldn’t be cigarette trousers and have never been outdated. - Anon 11.29
DeleteThey have never been outdated ? Well in the famous fashion boutiques which I visit now and then you don't find this type of trousers anymore, especially since trousers have becoming wider (not that I am a fan of very wide trousers) But slightly wider is a good idea and it feels much more comfortable.
DeleteThe suit color and cut are just perfect, especially for spring, and love the lace top and shoes to top off a great outfit.
ReplyDeleteAgree !
DeleteFurther agreement here. Glad to see Queen Letizia move away from the sombre outfits she has been wearing recently. This is lovely. Delighted she left the hideous loafers behind today. They totally wreck this elegant outfit as the model demonstrates!
DeleteJust perfect. Welcome to spring. :-)
ReplyDeleteMaja
The Queen looks very lovely in pink. Spring is coming and lighter colors are welcome after long winter. Love her shorter hair.
ReplyDeleteKaarin
Perfect and the coloour helps her to stand out in the crowd.
ReplyDeleteNo info on the lace top.
ReplyDeleteI don't like the boots worn by Ministre Diana Morant, with the uneven skirt. With trousers they would have been O.K.
DeleteNot a fan. Pants to short. Not keen on the colour. And the old lady styled blouse...eeh no.
ReplyDeleteQueen Letizia is wearing another Hugo Boss combination, this time a pink trouser suit. Which consisted of a double-breasted blazer and smart belted-trousers. She wore this set last September, when she went to the UNICEF Spain Awards in Madrid.
ReplyDeleteShe paired the suit with a sheer cropped white crochet blouse and matching pink kitten-heels.
Ok, we can see it...
DeleteAnon 15.22, anything you have to add? Anon 11.35
DeleteThe pastel pink is a refreshing change from all the dark, sombre outfits Letizia has worn lately. It's a reminder Spring is on it's way. Sandra
ReplyDeleteShe always looks like a news reporter no matter what she wears.
ReplyDeleteWhat do you mean with that? Ugly comment
DeleteYou mean professional, good for her. Others should take notes.
DeleteAh bon, une journaliste ressemble à quoi ? Pouvez-vous développer s'il
Deletevous plaît ?
