  1. Wouah, j'adore la couleur vert anis de ce blazer au simple boutonnage ; sur la dernière photo, c'est la seule à apporter une touche lumineuse !

For the first time I noticed, she is embracing her gray hair, and looking lovely while doing so! I think she looks great, but I will never understand the coat over the shoulder look anymore. It's very 2020/2021. Now, I'm thinking, "Please just put the coat on already."

@Aloise Either you don't visit very often or you aren't very observant. Letizia has had the grey streak since the pandemic. As for the coat, it is not very 2020/2021. Women have worn their coats over their shoulders for decades. It was never a fad and it won't stop. I have realized that some women are familiar with it and others are not.

Dear Anonymous, by all means respond to another commenter because the discussion is fun, but with kindness, avoiding passive aggressive language eg “…you aren't very observant” which makes everyone feel a little bit small. Let’s be kind and have fun here - AnneLise

I always asked myself, is the grey streak in QL's hair there on purpose or is the grey only concentrated on that particular spot ?
If someone likes to wear a coat over his/her shoulders it is fine with me. What's the problem, does it hurt you ? No
Wearing a coat that way is a habit of people who are almost always by car. Someone who is always on foot and/or depends on public traffic does not wear a coat like that in general.

      Thank you AnneLise and Cate.

I'm not even going to give notice to the mean-spirited response of Anonymous 21:29 who takes this all rather personally it seems. I wish you well whomever you are and yes I am observant and I do follow fashion :-). To Anonymous12:26, this is a fashion blog. The coat style doesn't hurt me, but if there's ever a place or platform to discuss fashion and our opinions on it, it is here.

Aloise doesn't like the coat over the shoulder's look. She has a right to express her opinion without being criticized. Everyone has their own point of view. Let's accept that without contradicting them. No, she is not being hurt by it but that doesn't mean she can't say she doesn't like it because someone else doesn't agree.

Queen Letizia in a colorful blazer by Hugo Boss, wide-leg trousers and suede boots. She complemented it with a wool coat, also by Hugo Boss. 10/10!

Until now only one person (Anon. 13/2 17:53) who did not liked the color. When Queen Maxima or Queen Mathilde are wearing the same color almost every comment is/was negative.
I like the color of this blazer but I prefer a classic cut.

The cut is featuring an asymmetric double-breasted front, classic notch lapels and buttoned cuffs. Its striking.

I like the colour but it's not a colour everyone can wear. It looks good on Letizia.
